We have previously stayed at this hotel and it was always somewhere we wanted to return to. ||The reception staff are very knowledgable, friendly and professional. Our room was ready when we arrived and we went straight up to a lovely clean room, the room looked out onto the spa and the relaxing music was heard in our room which was nice. We got ready and went down to the spa.||The last time we visited the spa was nice and quiet and we were able to use all the facilities without worry. This time around however it was so busy, we noticed they had a new hot tub/pool outside and was looking forward to trying but all the hot tubs were taken up for the whole three hours we were there. The smaller one in the corner, a group of women has settled in and did not move, they ordered drinks to the hottub and nobody else were able to use. There are signs everywhere to suggest to be mindful of the time you use each section but clearly they were ignored. It is a shame that others ruin places like this. ||We both have food sensitivies and allergies and the staff made sure we were well looked after. I often worry when eating away from home that the food will cause issues but the staff really made us feel safe and we could enjoy our food without worry.||But our stay was overall really nice, just a shame about other people.

We’ve just had an overnight spa break at Ribby Hall. We’ve been many times to the spa, and our second time staying in the hotel. ||This trip was for a birthday celebration, but we wasn’t asked at any point what the trip was for. The spa was very full. It was difficult to find a space somewhere. We couldn’t use a hot tub, as they were always full and a couple of areas of the spa were broken and out of use. Not very relaxing. ||We did have treatments and these were lovely. ||Our room was very dated, and not really what I’d expect from a spa hotel. Especially for the price tag. Our evening meal was lovely and all of the restaurant staff fab. The bar didn’t have many of the drinks that they list on the menu and we asked for, such as rums, gins, and cocktails as ingredients were missing. ||We decided to order room service breakfast. The breakfast was nice, but massively let down by the coffee being a Nescafé sachet. What happened to fresh coffee? I’ve never been to any hotel with room service breakfast and been given instant coffee that we make ourselves. ||Our stay was ok, but compared to pasts visits here, it’s massively lost its spark.

The Spa Evening Aqua Thermal Journey absolutely loved it. From first arrival and the greeting to the cold barrels and onto the Saunas we had the weather, the sun and blue skies made the whole Spa perfect for my partners Mothers Day gift. Thankyou all.

We had an overnight stay at the spa hotel, it was faultless. Leisure facilities were very relaxing, my partner had a massage which he thoroughly enjoyed. The staff were amazing and could not do enough for us. The room was lovely and the food in the restaurant was phenomenal. We definitely plan to return.

Just got back from a wonderful overnight spa break with friends. |It was our 2nd visit and it was as brilliant as the 1st. We had a 2 bedroom suite, which was amazing. The food was incredible but the highlight for us is the staff. From reception to bar, restaurant and spa everyone was so friendly.|We'll be back!! Can't wait 😊

Booked a spa break the spa was lovely and the massage was amazing literally one of the best I had had. Wow the food isnt the best at all. £42 for a steak and i will attach a photo. The menu for lunch isnt really that good either.most of the spa was out of order or turned of to so dont rush there if your thinking about it was a bit of let down compared to when ive been before

Overall Fantastic experience. everything was so perfect! I visited the Aqua journey experience at Ribby Hall with my sister and daughter. It was to celebrate my 60th birthday and my daughter’s 30th. My sister treated us all to the Mud treatment as an extra treat which was amazing 🤩. The Spa staff were very knowledgeable and friendly especially Brandon. The restaurant food, staff and hydrotherapy pool together with all the different saunas and steam rooms was just what we needed. Everything was made special. Thoroughly enjoyed ourselves thanks to all the staff.

Spa break treat with my daughter. This was a treat from my daughter. Stayed overnight with meal and breakfast, all exceptional. Lovely hotel, staff and service. Enjoyed the Spa, especially my hour long Elemis facial, with Isabella. Excellent. Will definitely return again.
