I visited the spine clinic due to back pains which worsened during regular daily activities. I worried a lot that this pain would worsen with age as I am in my early 20s. My main aim was to reduce this pain as much as possible and to have long lasting effective treatment. After 9 sessions and following a bespoke treatment plan which Minesh put together, I now experience next to no pain. I couldn’t thank the team here enough for such a positive experience and the effectiveness of the treatment they provide! I wish I had discovered Krishan at The Spine Clinic sooner. For the past seven years, I’ve struggled with lower back pain following a gym injury. I've seen numerous different people and tried several different types of treatments, including costly Magnetic Resonance Therapy, but none were as effective as Krishan’s approach. I struggled with hip, neck and lower back pain from scoliosis. I sought out a specialist for the spine and The Spine Clinic seemed perfect. I explained about my pains and how I couldn’t walk for longer than 15 minutes without my hips giving in and having to sit down in agony. I also suffered from weekly migraines due to neck pain. After the first session, I didn’t have the weekly migraine and this stayed away with weekly sessions. It’s been almost 3 months of treatments and I have had just 1 migraine. After a month of treatments, I found that I could walk for almost 1 hour.
