Excellent location on waterfront this hotel/guest house is a great place to stay if you are visiting Dunoon. We were greeted at the front door by Kenny , (one of the owners )who showed us around and took us to our room. We had the last room available which was at the back of the hotel , it was small but ok for the one night that we were staying ( clean and comfortable) . Excellent breakfast with one of the best views over the waterfront you could hope for . Would definitely stay here again.

Charming hotel. Wonderful location. Easy walk to town center. Spectacular view and outside areas. Beach is right in front, people were swimming! Helpful hosts. Breakfast was delicious. Comfortable bed. We had a great time and would come back again

Brilliant hotel in one of the best locations in dunoon. View from the upstairs sitting room is amazing. Beds were very comfortable rooms well decorated and very clean. Breakfast was brilliant I has the cooked breakfast and my wife had the continental both were top quality. Plenty of parking, and straight out the hotel onto the promenade highly recommended.

The breakfast is outstanding with some great choices. The bed is very comfy. The hotel also has a smart lounge overlooking the loch although we did not use it. What was disappointing was the relatively small window in our room overlooking the loch and the very large sofa bed which meant that it was not possible to sit and enjoy the view from the room. The other disappointment was the shower room which fell as if it had been built into an extended cupboard as the doors into it were 2 cupboard doors! Whilst the facilities in the room were fine they were not luxury. Also be aware that there are not many restaurants in Dunoon and they get fully booked. We eventually found somewhere on our 7th call!

Had a lovely 3 day stay with my sister. Very friendly owners, and the whole hotel was spotless and tastefully decorated. It's in a lovely position on the promenade, and very close to town centre. A short drive to Benmore Gardens and Pucks Glen, which is spectacular I can Firsthighly recommend this hotel.

A spotless bedroom with everything we needed. Breakfast was the most healthy of our trip and a delicious alternative option to a "Full Scottish". Owners welcoming and willing to assist. Great views from front facing rooms, which sadly weren't available when we booked. Happy to return.

Kenny and Lesley were excellent hosts, very friendly, helpful and accommodating, nothing was too much trouble for them. Room was great, views from the lounge were brilliant and food was also excellent.|Hotel is in a great location, just walk through the garden and that is you onto the promenade and 5 minutes takes you into town.|Car parking right at the front door.|Highly recommend.
