Our favourite place to stay. Great location and spacious car park. Everywhere is spotlessly clean, with comfortable, spacious rooms and a cosy lounge area. Chris and his staff are amazing, they are so friendly and welcoming, going above and beyond to help. Breakfast is one of the best. Would not hesitate to recommend The Stables. Hoping to return again soon.

This place is beautiful in many ways. The hosts are kind and the rooms are warm and homely. The quiet is blissful and the food is 100 percent fantastic!|I just needed to get away alone for some peace and quiet for my birthday and ended up here. Making the booking is one of the best purchases I ever made.|They were so kind and also gave me a cake and birthday card to celebrate. |I know I will come back and bring others with me.|Btw, the owner built it all himself with his own hands from actual stables to one of the most beautiful b n bs. How cool is that?

We were so lucky to find this place and have a room available at such short notice! They really helped us out after a disaster night stay elsewhere! So welcoming, friendly and such a beautiful place to stay! Room was beautiful felt homely and a lovely quiet 2 nights stay, could not fault Breakfast with a good selection offered. Everything about our stay was perfect! Thank you to u all so much and will definitely stay again if we come back to the area.

Absolutely fabulous stay, room was perfect comfy bed great night sleep. Peaceful location and only a short walk or taxi ride into Yarm.Staff extremely helpful.Chris the manager was a great host,informative and took the time to give out advice about local pubs and things of interest in Yarm.The lady who served us breakfast (Sorry didn’t get her name) couldn’t do enough for us,tasty breakfast included in price which was served at the time of our choice.Best place around Yarm.Can’t wait to return to this hidden gem.Thanks again for a fabulous stay.

What an awesome place to stay,just put your feet up,kick back and relax,
Host,Chris is a lovely guy,nothing is too much for him and will cater to your every whim.
Room's are beautiful with massive comfy beds and fresh white linen.
The twins who cooked and served our breakfast were helpful, friendly and efficient and the food was top quality and cooked to perfection.
The living room/ breakfast lounge is warm, cozy and welcoming and we sat in there of a rainy afternoon watching TV and drinking various beverages.
Just a lovely place to be,,would recommend it to anyone searching for a place to repose and reflect and relax in luxury surroundings.
We absolutely loved staying here and hopefully we will visit again soon,

Simply perfect. Lovely welcoming host who could not do enough to make me feel welcome. Room was perfect, contemporary, stylish and spotless. Beautiful little bathroom. My only complaint was the tiny shower. But honestly I'd stay again in a heartbeat. I left early so skipped breakfast however I was sent on my way with a bag of goodies for the drive home.

This is just the best place to stay.. The room was spacious and very comfortable. Chris was very helpful with late night directions, advice on the local area and couldn’t do enough to ensure we were happy. Nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast selection puts most hotels to shame and the full English cooked to perfection, arrived quickly and from tasty local produce.we have already booked our next stay.
