Acceptable beds, okay decor, edible food, poor showers and rude and incompetent staff. ||My partner and I, along with other couples, decided to stay here for a night after a lovely wedding at The Rabbit. Upon arrival, we had agreed to have breakfast at 9.30am the next day. We went for breakfast at 9.30 after having an attempted shower (it barely had water coming out). We were greeted by a very passive aggressive manner saying we were an hour late.|We proceeded to eat our microwaved abreakfast to be told, that if it was up to that particular inept member of staff, she would've woke us up by knocking on our door as if we were children. |The staff in whole, were unskilled, extremely rude in most ways, very passive aggressive and struggle to read or understand times. I would like to point out at this point, the male worker was somewhat pleasant. Pairing with the flavourless food and the ineffective shower led to an encounter to forget. The experience comparative to the price we paid was one of the lowest I have ever had and puts a bad name for Bed and Breakfasts.

Excellent value, quiet location, parking onsite. Room very well equipped though somewhat dated and had useful touches like local taxi number, portable fan and heater. Tea and coffee facilities though we had no milk (had our own so not a problem) - am sure it was a genuine error though and that it would have been provided if we asked. Bed comfy. Breakfast very adequate with good service. Only downside of our stay was the shower thermostat appeared to be very faulty. Adjusting the controls made no difference.

Norbert is an absolute fantastic host. Great warm room with amazing comfy bed and fantastic selection for breakfast in the morning. Felt like we were staying with a long lost family member. The only thing stopping me from giving it 5 stars is that the shower wasn’t very powerful.

Excellent service quality and arrangement is quite good. Away from the busy Belfast life, it will provide a quite good feeling. the 87 years old young fellow's cordial behaviour with smiling face will sure make u amazed. Worth to stay to experience serenity of nature.

I am returning back guest there, during times Norbert- the hard working owner is getting the equipment better and better. You have tasty breakfest included, heaters are available in the rooms and bathroom, microwave , fridge ( on corridor) and hairdrayer available there. Everything what you need for shorter or long stay.|The garden around is amazing and Norbert is so active and entusiastis , exceptional sportsman and wants to give you the best. Not ordinary bed and breakffast, just try it!

Amazing place. Good access to roads, a well maintained place, neat and tidy rooms, good breakfast and very friendly and welcoming owners. They owners have thought thru' everything that any holidaymaker will need and catered to it.
I will definitely stay here next time I'm in Northern Ireland.

Allocated room 3 for a one night stay.||||The large ground floor room contained a twin beds plus a double bed, two easy chairs with an outlook to the rear. There was a shower in the bathroom. Tea plus biscuits provided plus several bottles of water.||||It was very quite both inside and outside the property. There was a very nice breakfast room with an adequate breakfast served from 07.00 to 10.00. There was plenty of parking and was accessible for disabled as all five rooms are on the ground floor.||||Good value for money at £50
