Nice clean modern hotel, plenty of parking. Cafe Bar food was excellent and the meal deal was excellent priced at £15 for an evening meal. Breakfast was absolutely amazing for £9.99 all you can eat. Everything
you could think of and proper thick bacon, tasty sausage. All staff were amazing and would certainly recommend as best Travelodge I stayed at.

Me and my wife fancied a day out by train from Newcastle simply to have Sunday lunch somewhere, with no real idea of where we would end up. We decided to make the short journey by train to Hexham and as we came out of the train station, we crossed the road and there in front of us was the Station Inn. We had read a few reviews saying the food was nice and as it was raining, decided to go straight in and take our chances. I had a Guinness and the wife had a latte from the bar, served by a very polite and friendly lady and then decided to go in for our lunch. There was a choice of 4 meats, and we chose the lamb lunch, paying a little bit extra for a side of stuffing and crackling. After about 10 mins, our meals came out and they were absolutely gorgeous. A plate with our meat, a Yorkshire pudding and roast potatoes and gravy came first, accompanied by a serving dish with accompanying fresh vegetables....mashed potato,turnip, carrots, peas, green beans and cabbage.....and more than enough for the 2 of us. The stuffing,crackling and a gravy boat came next and it was easily the best Sunday lunch we have ever had. |The desserts listed on the board all sounded beautiful and I only wish I'd had enough room left to have had one. A Galaxy Caramel cheesecake would have been my choice if I had. The girls working there were very polite and attentive, and we just couldn't fault a thing. We already have plans to revisit this place for more of the same. Thank you all so much.

Another visit and as usual we were not disappointed with the service we had. |The room,as per our numerous previous stays,was clean,comfortable and warm,all amenities needed were catered for.|The staff,as always,were friendly, attentive and very pleasant. |Breakfast was delicious, any combination of a full English available along with cereals, toast and assorted fruit juices.|No need to reiterate that we will definitely be back.

Really cosy little hotel, with super friendly staff and excellent value for money. I had an overnight stay while in the area with work, room was clean, bed comfy and free parking only 2 minutes walk away. Would happily recommend and will definitely be back next time in area. Thanks 🙂

I stayed here Wed. 27th Nov. 24 as I had an early hospital appointment next day in Hexam, 5 minute walk from hotel.
Staff were very friendly and helpful.
I paid £50 which also included a lovely breakfast.
The car parking was 2 minutes from hotel and free for 24 hours.
This hotel is probably the best location located 2 minutes from Hexam train station and 5 to 10 minutes from everthing else, river walks, shops, hospital and tourist attractions.
The staff are friendly and helpful.
My room was on the top floor, very nice, comfortable and warm, considering the outside temperature was -2°C. I would definitely stay here again without a doubt.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Great communication and always helpful. Rooms were clean and the bathroom was too. Beds were comfy enough. Breakfast was nice and variety to choose from including cereal, toast crossants which you help yourself too. Coffee tea and juices. Full english breakfast was good. Parking is available behind the hotel in the car park shared with Tescos. Would recommend.

Within a 3 minute walk from the train station this pub is a very handy place to stay, the welcome from the staff at check in was lovely , every one of the staff were really pleasant, the rooms are small , a bit dated but cosy all the same ,in fact we were that cosy we didn't even get up for breakfast 😀 definitely worth the money and I'd definitely go back .

Staff are super lovely, breakfast is decent, but be under no illusion, this is a BASIC joint. I've slept on floors comfier than these beds 😂. The lock on our door was flimsy as hell too (room 8 if you're reading this 😊)... But, great location for hexham centre and reasonable prices. Again, lovely staff.
