Is good but there's no free parking, if you find one is expensive.

We were here on a two-week English language & culture course in 2020. I was confused by the fact that the children were divided into groups not according to their knowledge of English, but according to their age.

My stay at this establishment left a good impression. Although there were really troubles with the cleanliness of the rooms, and it seems the cleaning lady may have stolen our money. There’s a very lovely library on the -2 floor, with fascinating books that you can get lost in for hours. The food is quite tasty, although they use disposable dishes in the dining area, which leaves a less-than-favorable impression. The service isn’t very attentive; we booked a transfer for a group, but the staff mixed up the dates, and we had to reach our destination with three transfers.

The teachers at the school are very nice — my instructor, when introducing us to English culture, even brought crackers and jam on her own initiative, which is traditionally eaten with two toasts during brunch. Her attention to detail and passion for teaching is admirable. She didn’t strictly control the learning process, everything was quite relaxed, and we had more fun than actual studying — whether that’s a plus or minus, you decide. An atmospheric place with its quirks.

Stayed here for two and a half weeks a few years back (in 2016). The building was partially under construction yet, still the lower floors were all set.

The location is fairly great, since it's essentially next to Colindale Tube station and you can get to most places downtown rather quickly.

We had English lessons as part of the experience (not sure if that's the standard pack or if it's just a lodging site nowadays), which were truly enjoyable.

My room's design was a bit strange: the bathroom is in the middle of it and basically everyone can see your silhouette as you shower. Also, the top beds kind of tried to collapse towards the wall.
Moreover, the room faced the underground station so we heard the lovely voice saying "The next train is to Edgware. Please mind the gap" 24/7, since that line has night service. I didn't mind though because that was sort of soothing.

The employees here were always very kind and attentive. We had no problems whatsoever.

From the outside is a very nice looking modern building. Price for stay is fair and there can't be plenty of room for potential tenants.

The Stay Club is a nice place for students coming to visit London. It is quite off the grid but it's a very cozy building. It has stores that take no more than 30 seconds to get to. The staff is quite friendly and the food is awesome. The residences are fully furnished with everything someone may need. Any student should come and stay at this place.Overall, a few colleagues of mine and myself enjoyed this place a lot.

I stayed here with my mum for 1 night after seeing Spice Girls at Wembley. It is perfect location out of the extortionate prices of Wembley with it being a 15 minute £10 Uber journey. ||Staff at check in desk were lovely and very helpful, room was very clean and I have no issues at all with this. We paid £80 so considerably cheaper than other places in London so wasn’t expecting too much! ||The beds however were incredibly hard! I can imagine it wouldn’t be much different to sleeping on the floor. Luckily we were in a room for 4 so we were able to use the other duvets from the unused bed above to act as a mattress topper with gave a little relief! It was ok for me but my mum really struggled in the morning after sleeping on it. ||We unfortunately had a fire alarm at 1:30am and after poking our head out the door to see what was happening as we weren’t actually sure if it was the fire alarm, I went downstairs (luckily we were only on floor 6 not 19!) to be told that ‘someone was cooking’ and then the receptionist walked off. When leaving the next day we mentioned the alarm when asked if our stay was ok to then be told that ‘someone had a steamy shower’ firstly, this was a completely different story than I was told during the event, and secondly, the rooms are made so the shower/ bathroom has an opening at the top for the steam and everything to go to. Clearly this wasn’t the cause of the alarm otherwise it would be going off every time someone had a hot shower... ||This clear lie and lack of interest in us when we mentioned it or said that we were upset let’s the place down. ||I would stay here again if I had another gig at Wembley, it was easy to get to being a stones throw from Colindale Station and easy Uber drive away from the £500 rooms of Wembley. I would however just hope for different/ truthful reception staff the next time! |

The room itself wasn't too bad, there were some areas that were a little dirty but overall it was good (you're getting what you pay for) + the location is great, it's about a 25 min ride to Kings Cross station. One thing that bothered me was that they offered dishware, but they didn't offer dish soap to clean them? So if you're planning on making your own food here, don't. The staff is also not the best, they seem like they want to be left alone, even though it's their job to help. Our electric kettle looked like there was something stuck inside and one of the staff members said there was nothing wrong, but would get us a new one the next day; when we talked to a different staff member, they gave us a new kettle immediately? It's like they don't really want to do their job and would rather chat with each other all day.
