We stayed 2 nights at the Studio. It was cozy for 3 adults, but manageable. Perfect location for a train ride to Bath and a drive into Bradford on Avon. Unfortunately I had read an old review from 2012 that stuck in my head and I thought we were getting a self catering breakfast. This used to be the case, but is not so any longer, so be sure to bring your proper supplies. If you read the website properly (unlike me), you will note that breakfast is not supplied. The owner is very easy to deal with and answered all my questions quickly both before and during our stay. I would recommend this accommodation.

Stayed here at The Studio and did not want to leave. It has everything you need for a decent stay and is spotless. Cannot fault a single thing here.|The Studio is situated in a quiet village with views of the common to the front of the property and fields to the rear- beautiful place to stay and so peaceful. The owners are genuine, down-to-earth, lovely people and I am already planning the next time to stay here for a relaxing getaway.|Plenty to do nearby and in the surrounding towns, make sure to visit the Pub across the common as its pretty decent too. |

My mother and I stayed at the studio on the 3rd and 4th of July and found it just the most amazing little cottage where we felt like we were right in the middle of a film setting (we are from New Zealand) with the cottages all situated around the big fields. Beautiful gardens also!||The room was cosy with everything you could possibly need provided in the kitchen and bathroom. It was an ideal place to stay to visit the Bath area. We had a rental car and easily drove to Bradford-on-Avon to catch a train to Bath and avoid the traffic. Was lovely to come home to the studio after a busy day of sightseeing and if we ever make it back to UK we will definitely be staying there again.

This is the second time my husband and I have stayed at The Studio, but we do plan to go again!! Sally, our hostess was welcoming as always. The food was plentiful, allowing us to have a hearty breakfast at our own time and pace. This is a wonderful place to stay, you are basically given a beautiful studio and a variety of food for breakfast (including delicious fresh eggs, straight from the hens!!), and you come and go as you like. It is perfect, Sally is on hand for any queries, she has a wonderful knowledge of the area and is always happy!! On our last morning, we were eating breakfast and taking in the beautiful view of the common, when a hot air balloon landed!! A wonderful surprised to a fantastic, relaxing break.

We stayed two nights, it was a very cosy studio tastefully decorated and extremely friendly owners, more than happy to help with information and recommendations. 30 minute drive from Bath city centre, which was ideal. The views were amazing and the short walk to the pub was great, few beverages and bite to eat with the locals who were so welcoming, then a little stroll home.||Would recommend to anyone coming to bath this studio, great little find don't miss out! we will certainly be coming back for the Christmas market ( sally's recommendation)

Highly recommended, pictures don’t do the studio or the area justice! If you’re looking for a base in the countryside to explore Bath and all the greenery in between this is perfect..just a 10 minute drive into bath itself and loads of walking trails from the studio, with pub stops a plenty... Self contained, good kitchen facilities, super clean, plenty of parking and room for the two of us.. Thanks Sally, we’ll definitely be back 😀

The Studio is a fantastic place to stay. It has all the essentials you need for a comfortable stay and the place is spotless.
Surrounded by countryside, it’s lovely and peaceful. Plenty to see and do in the area or nearby towns. The owners are lovely people and I would recommend to anyone to stay here and I cannot wait to return again.

Just returned from a short break here - found it on Visit Wiltshire and checked trip advisor. Was originally looking to stay in Bath but this is far better value for money and gives you quick access to so much more - Bradford on Avon (5 mins), Avebury (20 mins) Bath (20 mins) Salisbury (about an hour?) it is a brilliant compromise between going self catering and staying in a B & B. You have the facilities but breakfast is provided for you to do yourself (bread, croissants, juice, fruit, eggs, cereal). Cosy little cottage in a great location with 2 pubs within walkling distance. Cant recommend highly enough
