What a beautiful studio! The studio at the back of Maspie House was gorgeous -- spacious and well appointed. The inclusion of a kettle, microwave, and small refrigerator made our stay that much better. With dishes and cutlery, we were able to make a nice little cuppa whenever we wanted. The breakfast was wonderful, served when we wanted and eaten in our room at the great little table.

The bed and chairs were comfortable, and the large skylight gave a great view to the top of the Falkland Palace next door. The bathroom was nicely laid out with great water pressure -- just be careful if someone flushes the toilet when you are using it!

The studio was just off of the main street where there are a few shops, a lovely coffee shop (Campbell's) and a few good restaurants.

I am sorry we were only there 2 nights. It was lovely.

This is an amazing place to stay. Everything is to a very high standard and is in a great location next foor to Falkland Palace. It has a beautiful sunny garden where you can sit and enjoy a drink. The breakfast is excellent and the owners are very friendly and helpful. The village is very quiet and has 3 pubs serving good food at reasonable prices. There are some really nice walks from the village and is close to St Andrews and the coast where you can walk sections of the Fife Coastal Path.

The studio was even better than expected, clean, spacious and comfortable. Continental breakfast was provided very adequate for our needs fridge provided with milk and couple of wee bottles of wine. Micro in hall, tea and coffee provided teapot, wine glasses. Service was great and close to our family wedding we were attending. Quaint pubs and tearooms close at hand. Would certainly recommend a stay at the studio in the future

We’ve never stayed in Scotland before ,what a lovely long weekend ,,location was great ,cosy little place ,and bed was comfortable 😀,great breakfast ,lovely couple couldn’t do more for us ,very pleasant,,,,thank you so much for all your guidance on the area too which helped us out greatly , people in the village was friendly too ,,,,hopefully see you both again soon 😀

Diese Unterkunft ist atemberaubend.|Man hat ein eigenes Studio mit einem wunderschönen Garten. Alles ist so detailverliebt und wunderschön gemacht. Es fehlt an nichts. John der Betreiber ist einfach wundervoll. Vom Bett aus hat man einen Blick in den Sternenhimmel und auf den Palast gleich nebenan. Ringsum (1 min) sind kleine Geschäfte und die berühmten Drehorte von Outlander. Ich war schon in einigen schönen Hotels aber diese Unterkunft ist außergewöhnlich. Es ist wie in einem Rosamunde Pilcher Film.|Ebenso kann man einen tollen Waldspziergang machen und die Lindores Destillerie ist auch nicht weit ca 40 min mit dem Bus. Haltestelle um die Ecke.

Wat een heerlijke sfeervolle kamer ! Vanuit het bed naar de kasteeltoren en sterren kijken . Heerlijk bed en douche. Grote badlakens. Aan alles is gedacht, zelfs flesje water naast het bed, wattenschijfje/stokjes voor make-up
Lieve enthousiaste hosts. En wat een geweldig ontbijt. Je kunt de avond ervoor aanvinken op een lijstje wat je wilt eten, echt een aanrader deze locatie!
