We visited for day two of The Swan's All You Can Eat breakfast. Our orders were taken swiftly and drinks arrived in good time. After a decent wait, a tearful waitress came over to tell us there had been an issue with the chef, and we'd be waiting a while for our breakfast.

Eventually, our food did turn up, just not at the same time. Despite the £12 offer, which is good value, we only had one plate each, rather than the promise of extra portions.

It could be a decent regular weekend visit. However, it needs to be more slick. A buffet style breakfast would certainly speed things up along with a hot drinks station. I hope things work out for the staff, eventually.

My partner and I have just had the best breakfast here @ The Swan in Littleport! All you can eat breakfast menu, with tea and coffee unlimited. We were so amazed with the offer and taste! DELICIOUS. The flavour was just….. perfect. 100% recommend this choice over a mainstream for breakfast especially! ❤️ we will be back. Thank you so much for a lovely morning and scrumptious food just down the road!!

This used to be a lovely pub in a superb location that I think is not used to its full potential. People who have boats tend to have a lot of surplus cash, and they love nothing more than mooring their boat on a nice, clean, safe mooring at a pub along the river on a sunny day. This is sadly not as appealing an option as it used to be at this pub due to the atrocious state of the moorings and the ridiculously poor menu. Can the owners not focus on making the place appealing to passersby? They were two very pleasant ladies behind the bar, and the drinks were perfectly fine, however, there needs to be Pub food in a UK Pub. Regardless of who owns it, that is what was bought, and that is what it is marketed as, as such, my recommendation is two have sensibly priced food available all day, possibly a carvery at the weekend? and focus on your wonderful situation and mooring facilities that simply need a little tender, loving care. You even have sure power hookups, which you could charge for on your moorings! People would happily pay, maybe ten pounds, for a few hours of power, often only needing it for a boil of a kettle! I wish you all the very best. And I hope to see you flourish as a business in your wonderful surrounding.

Had a wonderful dining experience at The Brasserie @ The Swan. The atmosphere was cozy and elegant, perfect for a relaxed meal. The food was beautifully presented and full of flavour — we especially enjoyed the Mediterranean lamb flatbread. The staff(Tanisha?) were warm, attentive, and made us feel right at home. Definitely a place we’d return to. Highly recommended if you’re in the area!

Just don't bother!! Booked for evening meal - 4 adults and 2 dogs. Appreciate we were to eat in the bar - but what a disappointment!! Tables tiny and crowded together. Had checked menu before arrival, so had decided on what to eat. On arrival totally different. Wanted BBQ ribs - told not been available for over a year!! Asked why so different - answer " now use different platform" Website so outdated, needs changing ASAP. Bar staff totally indifferent. Couldn't even bring change to table as too heavy!! So disappointed. Staff need to be trained on customer service. Management non existent. Impossible to contact by phone and emails ignored. Disgusting way to treat customers. Thursday night and only 1 customer in entire place. That should have warned us what to expect. The outside of the pub is so shabby - cannot even have the name complete - just Th Wan!! What a let down. Future customers BEWARE!!

What a disappointment!! Food - choice of about 6 or 7 items (curry, burger, fish and chips, or salad and not much else. Staff couldn't care less - couldn't even bring us the change!! Too heavy!! Outside is scruffy (pub sign Th Wan!!) Tables tiny and cramped. Having checked the menu prior to going, was looking forward to Ribs, only to be told they hadn't served that for over a year!! Website badly out of date - needs to be updated to what they actually serve. Overall very neglected and shabby. Definitely avoid at all costs.

Had bottomless brunch with my daughter for her 19rh birthday. Food, staff and drinks were amazing. We didn’t have to leave our seats as the drinks kept flowing. Thank you.
