What a hidden gem this place is. Nestled in the stunning Trewithen Gardens is there a little café. It’s quirky and a bit old-fashioned looking, but food and the coffee are good. Was delighted to see they serve Origin Coffee. Good range of cakes and also gluten-free, which I was pleased to see for my wife. We had a tree bake and a coffee each, then went round the gardens for an hour or two (you have to pay for this but if you’re a local it’s a bit cheaper, and well worth it either way) then came back for lunch. I had a massive sausage roll with a lovely salad and a very tasty coleslaw and my wife had a soup with a cheese scone. Really recommend this place if you’re passing but worth a trip as well because it and the whole environment are very gorgeous indeed.

11 of us went here today for a variety of cream teas and savoury teas. What a great place! A very friendly welcome and a lovely outside eating area. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. Thank you, we will be returning!
