I had a wonderful experience with Louise at the treatment rooms. She is very experienced and took great care in understanding my skin concerns and recommending the most suitable facial. The facial it self was incredible, very relaxing and I left feeling my skin was glowing. I highly recommend Louise and the treatment rooms. The whole experience, including the atmosphere and the staff at the front desk, was perfect.

I had a wonderful couples massage. Zuzana gave me a really well-needed massage! With her firm and strong hands but delicate in the right areas, wonderful pressure points applied and very attentive to what I required. The spa is very well equipped with a change room, teas or water on offer, and even a relaxing room!

The treatment rooms was great. I had an amazing massage with Paola. The facilities are clean and relaxing. The other staff was amazing and friendly too. Which made for a great experience. I would recommend visiting The Treatment Rooms

Heather is A Lovely and polite therapist. She made me feel relaxed and I totally zoned out. Which is a first! The Facial pressure was good: I would highly recommend heather.
The only negative was she just needed to explain what was going to happen in the treatment as it was my first caci facial.
But overall the salon was lovely, the bed was comfortable. I would definitely come back again!
The salon was very quite considering how manic it is outside.

Paola was brilliant. She made me feel at ease and the whole experience was luxurious and positive. She asked relevant questions which greatly tailored the massage to my needs. She was firm and confident. She was attentive to my reactions during the massage and the whole thing was a wonderful experience. I will definitely come again and recommend to my friends.
The environment was opulent from the changing rooms to the relaxation room. I was pleasantly surprised.

After a lot of research, I chose The Treatment Rooms for my course of three NeoGen face treatments. My initial consultation was done by Clare, who took plenty of time to explain everything (I had a lot of questions!) I then felt very comfortable to go ahead with the treatments, which were also done by Clare.
The salon is very clean and has a relaxing atmosphere. The staff are professional and welcoming. Would highly recommend.

Friendly professional staff.

Jessie was friendly & welcoming. Her touch was perfect. She was very kind and able to articulate the process of the facial well.

My skin did flare up a little after although that's to be expected
The treatment brought out some spots. They have now settled down.
