Delicious taste of Sri Lanka. We tried the Black Pork, The Jachna Chicken, the Tade and the Thala Deviled Potatoes. All were excellent. We received fair warning that the pork is spicy but it was not overbearing. We ate at the pop up kitchen in Cullach Brewing. 100% would visit if they opened a restaurant. Very accommodating to all of my food intolerances.

I visited the Tuskers pop up kitchen at the Cartha Rugby Club Food festival and WOW, it was incredibly tasty and I was given a taste of everything before making my choice. As someone who is gluten intolerant and dairy allergic I usually don’t get to eat at these things but yesterday was a pleasant surprise! Hopefully I’ll get to taste it again soon!

This was outstanding food. Pop up food in The Cullach (craft brewery in Perth). Soooo good. We had the black pork curry and jaffna chicken curry which were both excellent .with good level of heat. However, the surprise was the salt and pepper okra fries. What a revelation. Can’t praise this highly enough.

Great Sri Lankan food + kind people = amazing experience! I've been lucky to taste this family creations multiple times, and they never disappoint 😊 I really value the quality and diversity of their meals, and how they make you feel like part of their family for a little while. I'm not the easiest customer either - I have many food intolerances, and I really appreciate their effort to accommodate them (every-single-time!). Extremely tasty Sri Lankan food, made fresh and with high quality ingredients. We tried all 3 curries (Pork, Chicken, and Carrot), which have some good spice to them, but not burn-your-mouth down fire. They pair exceptionally well with the mango cucumber salsa, and on a pile of rice.
On the sides, the Okra fries are criminally good - I was blown away. Crunchy, yet light, they're addictive. You could smash dozens of them. The Devilled Potatoes are pretty punchy on the heat, so if spice is your thing, smash some of them. Lastly the Tade are some sort of magic - fried to perfection where they have both crunch and a firm, hearty texture, they stay warm and hold their shape and mouth-feel even if you don't get to 'em right away.
It's also very clear that the owners are passionate about their food and their business - they were cranking out food quickly, but also making an effort to get feedback from people, and engage with everyone. If you want good food and good people, The Tuskers are the best choice in Perth, possibly in Scotland (I haven't been everywhere in Scotland, so keeping an open mind).

We had Tuskers Sri Lankan Food cater for my wife’s 40th birthday party at a private residential property, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish! The food was absolutely delicious—bursting with authentic flavors and beautifully presented. Our guests couldn’t stop raving about it!

The team was professional, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. They truly helped make the celebration extra special.
