Had an amazing facial by Poppy. She was very professional. The facial was seamless from one stroke to the next. The products smelt amazing and I was fully relaxed. The hand and arm massage was an unexpaected added touch. Totally recommend.

I cannot recommend Urban Sanctuary enough!

Beautiful treatment rooms, always calm and professional and I love that I can book last minute treatments online so quickly.

There is something unique about Urban Sanctuary compared to other salons which I cannot put my finger on exactly. Maybe it’s the professionalism, the relaxing atmosphere or the layout of the rooms - it’s not your classic all white ‘Instagram’ style salon which makes a refreshing change.

May is extremely welcoming and has a lovely easy going manner which makes you relax the moment you go for your treatment.
