Pleasant helpful staff. Lovely room overlooking countryside. Effective heating easily switched on or off. Good sized shower room Very comfortable double bed 4 pillows.

We had a wedding at The Villa Wrea but couldn't get a room there for the Friday night as well as the Saturday so we booked in here instead.||The room was small but very clean and tidy. Perfect location for a pit-stop if you're travelling through the area, etc. ||I arrived at 6pm and needed to check-in quickly and head out to join my family for dinner at 6:30pm. Staff were super efficient as well as very friendly and accommodating when I explained my hurry and that my husband would be arriving very late due to work commitments. ||Shame there isn't breakfast available on site but we nipped out to a nearby Starbucks before getting suited up and checking out.||Would definitely use them again if we find ourselves in the area.

We visited as we had tickets to the BBC Radio 2 in the park, we booked for two nights (Sat & Sun). The lady on the reception was warm and welcoming, bent over backwards to help with taxi bookings. The room was a family room, basis but clean and functional. There is plenty of parking, and a pub/restaurant next door. Great value for more and would happily stay again - thank you for a good stay!

Poor experience, room was accessible for someone at over 6 foot it’s not ideal to have a bed on the floor and everything extremely low down. ||||To top it all, there was zero soap in the hand dispensers and shower with in my opinion is extremely basic stuff to get right!

Arrived late December, Heater in the room was showing signs of being melted previously. Bed dirty with black particles on and under the sheets. No hot water when we arrived and surprisingly still no hot water the following day. Although free internet was offered, it did not actually work.

Lovely quiet hotell and the staff is so friendly and helpful especially Colette from reception i borkwn down with ny car off the motorway and she was so helpful and kind to me that i completely forgot about the car,i ended up there by mistake but will go there for sure in the future

4 booked through booking .com. we booked well in advance so only paid £54 ... First couple checking in and a male member of staff interrupts the lady who was dealing with check in... discussing a non refund issue. No excuss me nothing! She commented on how cheap the room was and mentioned another previous booking was £85... so we thought rooms must be nice ||First room... bathroom hadn't been cleaned pee stains all over toilet.||Second room dirty cutlery , sink stuck in bathroom sink with stagnant water in it.||Bed was like sleeping on a slab in a morgue ... pillows awful.||And what appeared to be blood on floor.||They couldn't be bothered even putting the toilet roll in the holder. ||We checked out as soon as our eyes opened . Unfortunately we will never book here again.
