I stayed here two nights while doing an 8-day hike along the causeway/coastline. It is a great location! The room was comfortable and the shower was great. The building is from the 1700s and they did a great job adding modern amenities while still maintaining the charm of the original home. Breakfast was outstanding, and the helper was very friendly. However, what made this place a real winner was Alex, the owner. He was extremely friendly, helpful, and accommodating. He transported me to hiking locations twice and ensured my luggage made it to my next stop. He is incredible! I look forward to visiting again.

I really enjoyed my stay at The Village! The hosts, Alex and Margaret, and their daughter were all very welcoming and helpful. Everything was clean and organized. The place is just a 10 minute walk from the beach and in such a nice village! A handful of restaurants and a couple of convenience stores are just a few minutes’ walk away.

Alex and his family were great hosts, warm welcome on our arrival, very friendly, and enjoyed the craic and banter with them. Bedrooms spotless, everything that you needed was provided. The breakfast was the best, fresh and delicious. Great location. Highly recommend The Village B&B

Have stayed here on a number of occasions - our "go to" B & B for Northern Ireland. Most recent was for 3 days Oct 6th, for a family reunion in Cushendall.
Alec is a really genial host, breakfast is great, rooms are lovely, its nice to be able to congregate and chat in the lounge, Johnny Joes is only a few steps away, what more could you want.
Highly recommended!!!!!

There are hotels. There are guest houses. And there are guest houses that are more like hotels. That's not a criticism - it's a compliment. The Village B & B in the lovely village of Cushendall comes into that last category. It has all the facilities you could want in a hotel but with the warmth and friendliness of the best guest houses.||||My wife and I and two friends spent five nights in the first week of September at the guest house and enjoyed the experience immensely. The manager (owner?) Alex proved to be an excellent host, ready to chat with his guests and keen to make sure everyone was happy with the service.||||Our room was spacious and comfortable without being ostentatious. There was plenty of storage space and the en-suite, though small, was perfectly adequate. Most importantly the bed was extremely comfortable - perhaps too comfortable to want to get out of!||||Breakfast was very special. Almost anything imaginable seemed to be on the menu, from bacon to porridge and the quality was very high indeed. The staff were attentive and friendly and made sure everything was to our liking.||||In short, this was one of the best places we've stayed (and we've stayed in a lot of hotels both in the UK and abroad. If only all hotels (and guest houses) were like this!

Very kind, easy going host, breakfast was so filling I did not need lunch, bed was nice and comfy, I slept like a dream. Shower was good and hot. Kitchen was available for use in our unit (outback) and the location is convenient for enjoying Cushendall and catching a bud onward. ||||Great stuff!

had a short stay here when i visited NI for the NW200 motorcycle road races. have stayed here before and thoroughly enjoyed it. this time was possibly better, there was a TV in the room this time. tea and coffee on the landing which works well, this is where you catch up with the other guests. as before, decor and facilities were excellent. staff aren't around much in the day, which again, for me is fine. nice village, plenty of good bars/pubs for a quick drink. the owner is friendly helpful chap, and the lady at breakfast time is lovely. great night's sleep, somewhere secure in the back yard to park the bike. cracking breakfast, sensible price - will go again, probably next year!
