We went for Mother’s Day afternoon tea, which we’d booked in advance. Definitely glad we did as the food was lovely. Fresh and homemade. The sandwiches were as fresh as we could have possibly asked for! Scones and the cakes were lovely. They were understandably busy and whilst we waited for the main food the staff brought us all complimentary bowls of snacky crisps and refreshed the drinks. They apologised for the wait, but it really wasn’t so bad as it gave us time for a tea/coffee and chat before the food came which was actually nice as didn’t feel rushed at all. Some places make you feel like you need to be in and out on busy event days. It is quite a small tea room so do be prepared to move your chair out the way so people can get by you to their table if you sit at the far end. Really good value as well.
It was £17.95 so for 4 people £71.80. Service and good were good with unlimited drinks so tipped and paid £80.

My parents wanted go out somewhere to eat today and my mum invited me to come here I enjoyed my hot chocolate but I think it could’ve been mixed better but cottage pie was really good and I’d 100% order it again the lady was nice if the opportunity comes up again I’ll gladly go

We've just had a socially distanced office lunch in lieu of a Christmas party. We ordered 6 luxury afternoon teas and Leanne delivered them to us in 6 individual boxes so that we could keep our own food separate from each others', which I thought was a genius idea! Ok, it didn't look like a typical afternoon tea when we sat down to eat, but we were able to enjoy it whilst maintaining our Covid safety measures. The food was really lovely and the cakes and baked goods were divine! There was so much food that most of us saved some for the following day too! We were thoroughly impressed with the standard of the food and we received a fantastic service from Leanne 🙂

Had a great afternoon here for my sister's hen do back in January 🎂🍰🫖☕ Everything was really well organised and Leanne was great to communicate with prior to the booking. All the hen decorations, table decorations and games etc for the kids were all well thought of and prepared. Food and drinks were amazing and all 28 people who attended really enjoyed themselves thank you again. I would highly recommend 💕

The Vintage Table Tea Rooms catered for us for our daughters 6th birthday party, the food was delicious, there were plenty of options to pick from and a generous amount of food for all of our little guests. We had great, friendly communication throughout.

We were a little delayed in returning the food trays back due to my little boy being unwell, Leanne was very understanding and compassionate, she even sent home a goodie box for us all. Thank you so much!

We Visited on a Saturday for a baby shower. I cannot fault any of the staff members. Everyone was so friendly, welcoming and accommodating. The food was delicious, the bottomless tea was fab! We will definitely be back thank you
