The black tie dinner awards night that I attended was nothing short of exceptional. The venue, chosen for its prestige, was absolutely perfect for such a prestigious event. From the moment I arrived, the staff exuded a sense of professionalism and courtesy, making sure that every guest felt welcomed and taken care of. Their friendly demeanor added to the overall ambiance of the evening, making it a truly enjoyable experience. One aspect that stood out to me was the menu selection and wine pairings. The dishes were expertly crafted and presented, each one complimenting the other in terms of flavor and presentation. The wine selection was also impeccable, enhancing the flavors of the food and adding a touch of sophistication to the event. I must commend the organizers for their attention to detail, as everything from the venue to the menu and service was flawless. The location was easily accessible, making it convenient for all guests to attend. Overall, it was a truly remarkable evening, and I could not find a single fault with the venue. It was a testament to the professionalism and dedication of the staff and organizers, who went above and beyond to ensure a memorable and elegant experience for all attendees.
Located close to theatre land found it difficult to get a taxi at the end of the evening as theatres emptying at same time just to note.

The hotel has a lot of historical charm and a beautiful old-world atmosphere, which I really appreciated. However, the rooms feel quite outdated and don’t really meet modern hotel standards in terms of comfort and amenities. Some expected services, like a SPA, were missing altogether. Also, the breakfast was disappointing — the selection was very limited for a hotel of this category. Overall, it’s fine if you love historic buildings, but don’t expect too much in terms of modern convenience.

Lovely overnight stay that fully exceeded expectations!
The hotel is lovely but the team working I wanted to highlight! At the bar a guy called Kyle really made the evening more special. He couldn’t do enough to make our evening great and he deserves recognition for going the extra mile.
The front desk and the executive lounge teams were also friendly and welcoming.

Excellent experience at the Waldorf London! Everyone was so sweet, the rooms were gorgeous and the breakfast was unmatched. Wanted to leave a special review for Douglas at the door. He remembered us and was so engaging and interesting and even offered to mail my postcards because we were leaving before the post office was open. He is an asset! Thanks for a great trip everyone.

The Perfect Ending to A Dream Trip

I had the pleasure of staying at the Waldorf during the final leg of my 81-year-old aunt’s European dream vacation, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. The hotel is conveniently located, competitively priced, and offers excellent amenities — but what truly sets it apart is the exceptional service and thoughtful attention to detail.

From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. They treated my aunt with genuine care and made our family feel incredibly welcomed. Their warm hospitality added the perfect finishing touch to a journey filled with unforgettable memories.

Just a quick compliment while it’s still fresh in my mind….|Got to our hotel after all day walking about in historic London heat, and it’s magical when the doorman seems to know we are guests, as the door is opened for us steps way from our retreat. Radek read our minds and greeted us with such grace and friendliness! “How did you know we were guests, I asked?” “it’s just my instinct”, he said, with a lovely smile. Home sweet home. A lovely hotel with a fantastic staff. The rooms are comfortable, large bathrooms, and exceptionally clean. I have to give a shout out to a few staff members who gave me outstanding service, Alicia and Robert at the front desk, and Bola at the concierge desk. All three are delightful and went particularly out of their way to check in, and be helpful throughout my entire stay. Also, Georgina and Andrew were incredibly helpful in the booking process. The only drawback was that breakfast in the morning was moderately chaotic and somewhat understaffed.

This was a post breast cancer treatment and a real treat. It was too. The rooms are possibly one of the biggest to stay in in London. The decor is a bit dated but everything works. The hot water is hot. There’s great tea and coffee available. The staff are friendly and welcoming. Really enjoyed breakfast in the morning, plenty of choice and there’s also an additional manual order that you can order an extra things straight from the kitchen. I love the history & style of the building.
