Our room window was broken on the hinges so let tons of cold air in, really great in middle of december 🙄 heater worked well but it was so small so couldnt keep up with cold air coming in. Shower ceiling is moldy but the shower was good. Room came with the usual items as well as a fridge. Was called during they day asking when we would arrive, which is fine but asked us on the site to call 30 mins before arriving as well. Chap didnt seem bothered about us being there and "had to" tell us all the safety stuff...pretty sure if it wasnt a legal requirement he wouldnt of bothered. The room was really pretty and clean and spacious. Free wifi was a bonus, if only it could reach the whole room rather than just the bathroom. Front door key also unlocked room key, was curious if all rooms shared the same lock. But town center is less than a minute walk from here, and free parking.
No idea what to do with our room key after our stay since there is no reception and the owners are around 30 mins away.

I asked for a downstairs disable room but was confronted with a flight of stairs !!|Could not find the entrance in a dimly lit car park. A man appeared who then showed us our room. No staff inside the venue. Had to struggle up the stairs. |Made a cup of coffee which was so bitter it was obviously out of date !!! In the morning the heating did not come on until 8.30. Found the whole experience very weird. Would not reccommend |It to anyone

first time stay at the Warehouse Rooms Yeovil which I believe was previously the Green Rooms - room rates for the two nights of my stay were excellent and the rooms in this historic listed building were comfortable, clean and nicely decorated. The staff were all friendly and helpful and a phone number was provided in case guests had any questions. A fridge in the room with tea and coffee making facilities plus the bottles of water were a nice touch. The beds were very comfortable and plenty of good quality pillows were provided. Decent sized shower and soaps, shower gels and shampoo were all provided. There was a safe and secure car park for hotel guests which was a bonus. For first time visitors, the hotel is not particularly easy to find - once on South Street keep a look out for Kwik Fit and Penn Hill Pharmacy - there is a car park next to the pharmacy and the hotel car park is accessed via the right hand corner of the Pharmacy car park - you cannot see the hotel car park from the road. All in all, a very good, reasonably priced hotel.

We had a nice clean and serviceable room with ensuite. Arrived a little late so had a call from the staff to make sure we knew how to find them which was really kind. Shown to the room by the porter so we knew where things were. Very central for what we needed and good value

A very strange place off the beaten track, lots of people around the entrance to it smoking and once we were inside the room was reasonably comfortable but freezing cold the heating did come on but then went off till 8:00 in the morning,|not a very pleasant experience
