Excellent family run gym. Nice and private with plenty of cardio and weights machines. Also free weights. I especially like the steam room dip tank and sauna, friendly staff always accommodating and there to give advice. Immaculately clean and well serviced, would suggest joining. Open from 6:00 to 10:00 during the week. 8:00 till 10:00 at weekends, close bank holidays, uses the glow fox app and keyless entry.

Went to this gym a couple of times on a day pass while visiting the area. The space is really well set up, very clean, and has all the equipment you could need. The spa facilities are a great bonus and a nice way to finish off a workout. The owners are both super friendly and make you feel genuinely welcome. If I lived locally, I’d definitely be signing up as a member.

Having utilised many gyms across the country over the years I can honestly say I’ve never been to one that has such a friendly and inclusive environment. The team are fantastic, helpful and very welcoming. It’s always tidy and clean and the facilities are everything you could need to get a well rounded workout in.
