I booked a massage for my wife's birthday 3 weeks in advance. I got a confirmation email and a reminder email the day before. She had booked the day off work and was looking forward to it. When she arrived there was nobody ther as masseur 'wasn't working that day'. Although we later received a refund, there with no apology, or call from the salon. Very abrupt and unprofessional.

I had a deep tissue massage with David due to having pain in my neck/shoulder. He was very knowledgeable, understanding of my need to stay in my wheelchair and sensitive to the level of pressure I could take during the treatment. I've booked two more sessions as I'm so impressed with his skills. He is definitely an asset to an already perfect business.
