The staff at The Wellington Hotel in Westminster were absolutely wonderful. Their positive attitude and willingness to help made our stay truly enjoyable. Endrik, the concierge, was particularly friendly and assisted us with our bags, which we greatly appreciated. ||Although check-in took a bit longer due to the busy atmosphere, we didn’t mind the wait at all, especially since Chelsea was so warm and welcoming when it was our turn.||We found breakfast to be quite enjoyable each morning. The hotel itself is impeccably clean, creating a cheerful atmosphere throughout our stay. I also loved the bar area Perfect for sipping a glass of Prosecco. ||The customer service at this hotel impressed me. They were always friendly and asked how our stay was going every time we walked in the door. They were also able to recommend places to get any meal that we needed.||I highly recommend this charming hotel!

Well-maintained clean hotel in the quiet area with great service, especially the front desk, concierge and restaurant staff were wonderful. The room wasn't too large but it was very clean, cozy and had everything needed. The lobby is welcoming to have a cup of coffee while working on emails. Wifi speed is good. Tried some food for dinner and everything was very tasty. The hotel overall makes a very nice impression. Will stay here again during my frequent trips to London

Excellent hotel in a quiet neighbourhood of Westminster, in easy walking distance of Victoria Station and Westminster Abbey. My room was cozy, well appointed, and looked recently redecorated, it also had a good view of the local cricket club. The hotel team is friendly and helpful, especially Ilaria and Kim who patiently answered all my questions about the hotel and surrounding area. I will defiantly stay again when I next visit London.

Great hotel with an excellent, helpful staff! Reasonably priced (for a major city) as well. The staff here are way above your average hotel. Very nice and will go out of their way to help you with luggage. They also helped arrange transportation for us to and from the airport.

We stayed for 2 nights and it was a great stay. We were in a recently upgraded wing of the hotel. It was very nice, clean and modern. The beds were very comfortable. It was the best night's sleep I had during my 10 day vacation in Europe. The only thing I did not like about the room was the shower. It was an open concept shower without a shower door. It was too open though and lots of water leaked out on the floor.

The breakfast was very good. It was buffet style with lots of options. Great coffee and tea.

The location is unbeatable. Located in Westminster, in a relatively quiet area across from a park. It is walking distance to lots of restaurants, shops and also the big tourist attractions - Big Ben, Buckingham Palace and Westminster Abbey.

I came for to London for a 2 day conference, so the company paid for my stay here. Firstly, the staff are brilliant! You’re made to feel welcomed. Decor is great, comfy warm feel to the rooms, walking distance from Tate Britain and Westminster

Where do I start? Check in was very late and disorganised. I had requested a walk in shower months ago for mobility issues but couldn't get a room with one due to one lift being out of service. Some very elderly guests had to climb multiple stairs to reach their room. We had a King bed with a Queen duvet which meant neither of us had proper coverage. We asked for two facewashers, two teabags and a King size duvet and received one facewasher, one teabag and another Queen duvet.|We had lunch outside, under the trees, but it took 20 minutes to receive our ordered wine.|Breakfast one morning was absolute chaos. They ran out of orange juice, yoghurts and coffee. After two reminders, the coffee pot came out after 25 minutes.|We couldn't use the seating area in the bar as all seats were reserved but nobody was sitting there. |There were meant to be four beers on tap. Over 4 days they all ran out and weren't replenished.|There were a lot of people in suits walking around but nobody appeared to be doing anything.|The Hotel is in a nice quiet part of London (suitable for tour coaches to pull up) but is in need of a major revamp and serious customer service training.|Kudos to Oksana, the Customer Service lady, who listened to our complaints and said she would take our issues onboard. Let's hope there is improvement so the Hotel can become what it should be.

The hotel is great, well located, in a realy calm and quiet neighbourhood. Perfect to unwind aftet a long day of visits and get a good night's sleep..the staff is fantastic, always ready to help you . Special thanks to Lucian for putting up with our morning jokes at the bar, Dorita of the cleaning staff and also Sathya and Dragi from reception. Would return a 100% on my next visit..

We have had a 5 star experience here! The bed, pillows and shower were luxurious, the level of service from the concierges was unexpected and top notch. The location opposite the park was excellent, it was quiet and it was easy to walk to the National Gallery, Harrods, and Westminster Cathedral to enjoy a service. We will be back! Highly recommended.
