A superb massage by Kelsey also reflexology. My husband and I had been having very bad back muscular pain and we both have decided to make this a regular treatment.

I never know what to book when it comes to massage as there’s so many different kinds. That’s what appealed to me about the signature massage at the Wellness Spa and it didn’t disappoint.
It was completely tailored to my needs!

This was my first experience treating myself to a massage and I have to say I loved every minute of it. The atmosphere was so relaxing I actually think I fell asleep. The staff were amazing and so helpful in making you feel comfortable and relaxed. I'm definitely going again at some point. I literally could of stayed all day it felt that good 😄

Having developed a bad back I booked a sports massage, with the Wellness Sanctuary, having found out a friend recommended this place. I had my massage with Jemma and I have to say she was brilliant! She found the area I was suffering with straight away and even found muscles I didn't even know ached. Initially the pain was intense, however, I found that Jemma worked on my problem areas really well and I started to feel much better. I booked another massage before I left. Once I left, I found my back wasn't aching as much, and I had my best nights sleep for 10 days. I definitely recommend Jemma and the Wellness Centre for any aches and pains you need massaged away.

I had a 90 minute signature massage. Which is tailored around the needs of the person. First thing I noticed was the gorgeous smells, the beautifully clean brilliantly white towels, laid out beautifully. For the massage itself, the areas I wanted attention on were thoroughly worked on. Started on the back, and ended with a wonderful neck massage. A perfectly temperatured eye pad was used when I turned over which also smelled amazing and the products too were wonderful on the skin and smelled amazing. Absolutely top notch.

My first time at the Wellness Sanctuary . Needed deep pressure and pleased to say my therapist Emma obliged . Excellent massage and I’m going again very soon . Couldn’t recommend highly enough for anyone wanting a proper sports massage
