Quaint, low ceilinged, characterful village pub; one of a number of Eynsham's hostelries. My wife and I only had one pint of their 'Hooky' Hook Norton, but it was most agreeable, both the beer and the pub. It was interesting to read a framed picture of village landmarks with historical annotation, plus a 1988 copy of the Daily Telegraph tucked away on a shelf to the side of the fireplace. I was able to return the following morning to sketch the building. Eynsham is such a delightful place.

This pub has recently been taken over & has had a lovely spruce up. They have a lovely room to the back of the pub with another bar where they serve fab cocktails all freshly made, no horrible sugary pre made ones here. The room opens up onto a great garden, perfect when weather is good. Looking forward to next visit to try some more cocktails!

Recently refreshed and excellent for it.

Beer was good and atmosphere has returned. Definitely an Eynsham pub that I will use again and great to see another one flourishing.

They have added a cocktail bar so will be interested to see how that turns out.

Lovely comfortable room with fresh ground coffee! I loved the fact it had a separate entrance from the pub. |The owners were delightful. Only downside, no breakfast but I do believe there will be in the future . Definitely stay again Thank you

Great little find and with new owners who acre about visitors it was brilliant! We stayed in two lovely rooms that had lots of great facilities. Breakfast from Tracey was superb and the beer in the pub was great. Friends slept in a twin and although it was a little warm they slept well. Will go back with our dog. Great to visit all that Oxford holds and we visited the lights at Blenheim and it was so easy to get there from the White Hart. P.S. Great Indian over the road for dinner.

What a find! Nestled neatly between Oxford and Witney with easy access to Blenheim Palace, this is a wonderful gem of a place! Tracey and her husband were great hosts, the rooms were in a separate annexe to the pub and so quiet! Lovely peaceful pub atmosphere, although they don’t serve food in the evenings, there are a couple of places nearby to eat if needed. Seriously can’t go wrong with the The White Hart and I would highly recommend πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ‘πŸ»
