It was my second visit to The Willow Health Clinic and my Osteopath was Austen. He was professional and informative. He was able to put me at ease and discussed a plan of action for the session. He explained what he was going to do and was able to quickly identify which part of my body needed most treatment. Austen showed empathy, positive regard, and also active listening. Further treatment was suggested and I had no reservations and so readily booked my next session. I would definitely recommend The Willow Health Clinic.

Austin was knowledgeable and friendly with a no nonsense approach, after a short assessment of my issue and previous history he soon had me on the bench and started working his magic. Great clinic with ample parking, so another bonus! Looking forward to my next visit.

Janis was very friendly with excellent masseuse skills. She made me feel very comfortable and at ease, she had a very professional attitude and paid particular attention to my needs, as I have a torn tendon in my right shoulder. Overall, when I left I felt extremely relaxed and the next time I'm in this vicinity, I will definitely be booking her again.

Polite and extremely helpful. Very professional but down to earth. A lot of pain is starting to disappear, after approx 6 days. Have another appointment for tomorrow, see how we progress from there. Was told it would not be a quick fix.

First assessment and treatment with Emily who took lots of time and took a thorough history and then had first treatment. Impressed with her professionalism and expertise and did not feel rushed. Have been given exercises to do at home and have a follow up appointment. The clinic is situated in an old mill and is clean, well equipped and welcoming. Thank you

I have a compressed muscle in my lower spine. I was recommended to see an osteopath and a friend referred me to Emily at Willow Health Clinic. I went in with a walking stick, very limited mobility and acute pain. Emily was friendly, professional and thorough. Within a day, I was walking without the stick and the pain had reduced by about 50%. I would highly recommend this clinic, they fit me in at short notice, offered affordable treatments and were excellent from start to finish.

Fantastic initial consultation and treatment with Austen. He took a good history, explained the background to the questions where needed and was very thorough.
Treatment was effective with clear guidance, and since Osteos can been known for the jarring experience, he was very explanatory about what was going on and what he’d do.
