Amazing staff!

What started off as a plan for a small lunch on 3rd December 2021, turned into a much more complex event! The staff were incredibly accommodating and very attentive throughout, even dealing with some unusual dietary requirements. Highly recommended.

Rooms are basic but clean and comfortable. Food is generally pretty good. Training rooms are comfortable and air conditioned. Nice central courtyard garden with fishpond for relaxing between lessons. Tea and coffee facilities are freely available Along with sweets and biscuits.
Nice lake walks around the area and adjacent spa, gym and golf practice area us available but I am not sure on prices.

I came here for a conference and the facilities are absolutely amazing. The little "cafe" is a brilliant idea, stocking sandwiches, wraps, pastries, cakes and other snacks so that we never went hungry. A wide range of drinks available, coffees, teas, flavoured waters both still and sparkling. This is all free for attendants, so anyone attending your events here is going to walk away very happy. We were also happily surprised with the three course dinner, while served similar to a school meal the food itself was of reasonable quality. I skipped the soup starter to have a Steak & Ale Pie with Chips and a Raspberry & White Chocolate Cheesecake for dessert. Both were similar to pub quality, rather than a restaurant, but there were certainly no complaints from anyone on our table.

The room is clean but cold and only one bath towel that bad ripped. for two people? (I have pictures to prove it) no bar open till five am, the restaurant is only open for group? so we have drive to another place for food. Don’t expect for these experiences after a long day working in the cold and a long journey drive, 👎🏼

Decent venue, very clean facilities. Nice food was served at the olive grove restaurant. Meeting rooms were excellent. Only down side not enough water was provided for the tables throught the 3 hours we were in the room only 1 bottle sparkling 1 bottle still and were 9 of us on the table. Would highly recommend for work team builds or offsite large scale meetings.

It has been refurbished and looks amazing! The staff are courteous and polite and have a professional attitude. The rooms have also been refurbished, especially in the ensuite bathroom. I had a lovely stay and the grounds are great. There is a lake and slightly wooded area.

Comfortable and clean rooms with attractive grounds. Friendly staff. Both cooked and continental breakfast offered which were filling. Limited food menu in the bar and a little costly considering the quality. The is another restraunt on site but I did not use it. There are also a spa facilities available where temporary membership can be purchased.

This part of the hotel is much better than other areas. Watch out for the swimming costs and availability. Vegan options were superb. I got food envy from the meat eaters whose food was not of the same quality.
