Came here yesterday after a short hike. Lovely place, the landlord was very friendly and welcoming, and more importantly served a good pint.

I went to the woodman otford with my dad today
There today I had a lemonade which I really enjoyed
It was one of the best lemonades I have ever had in the whole wide world
You had very lovely music playing on the tv in the woodman otford
It was so lovely coming back to the woodman otford with my dad today
The staff that work there are very kind lovely friendly
The service there is very good amazing wonderful
I had a very lovely second experience there today at the woodman otford with my dad
This place gets it's second 5 out of 5 star rating by me

Really enjoyed 2 hours in the Woodman after a long hike on Saturday 10th. Service was excellent, staff friendly and helpful. We felt very welcome

A lovely pit stop whilst out on a family walk. Very accommodating to my dog and child . Made us feel very welcome . The bar man couldn't of been any more helpful and friendly. Very enjoyable cold pint of cider cheers

Fine if you like beer and football and not much more. They don't do hot food in the evening. We went in, was told the only food was "rolls", and so had a swift pint at a table in the mostly deserted back room (football on at the front). The table had uncleared glasses on it when we got there, and they were still there when we left. Not the classic country pub I was expecting by the reviews. The Bull is 5 minutes down the road and is much more civilised. Beer here wasn't bad though, nice pint of Tribute cornish ale.

Best thing this place has going for it is the location, its on a pond in a nice little village. The pub itself is alright but can see why others have said its a locals pub for locals. That doesn't worry me but can be uncomfortable for some.
