Amazing experience. Stayed for a couples weekend with Massage and Spa treatment. Hotel was very clean and staff above and beyond to make you feel welcome. Spa treatment was good, pool area had jacuzzi and steam room and gym area looks good too. Had afternoon tea which was delicious. Bennett's restaurant provides top quality food and staff were extremely friendly and professional. Wonderful experience.

Exceptional stay for the weekend! Room extremely clean and comfortable. We had a couples massage and facial which was outstanding! Ate in the Bennetts Restaurant and Karen went above and beyond with her customer service! A real credit to you! Also Debbie in the restaurant serving breakfast was extremely polite and welcoming! We really enjoyed our weekend here!

Rooms are nice, but the gym is a shambles. The floor is peeling up, old equipment, benches are uneven and wobble. Its pretty clear a lick of paint and few fancy lights is all that was done to renovate this place. I don't mean to be so blunt, but for a 4* hotel you can do better. You let your hotel down with poor gym facilities.

Had a Spa day and it was wonderful from start to finish. We had use of the pool, sauna, steam room and jacuzzi followed by a coffee in the relaxation room before going for a back massage which was great. Then we had a delicious afternoon tea. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. This is our third visit here for the Spa day and would definitely recommend it.

We first stayed in this hotel back in April 2017, and have also enjoyed the Valentine's Day packages several times since. This was the reason why we chose The Wrightington for our special day. It's a lovely hotel in a beautiful part of West Lancashire and the staff cannot do enough for you.||||From our initial inquiry back in January, to the day we checked out after our Wedding, Sean had everything organised. He helped to make the day run like clockwork, and even went above and beyond by helping us source batteries for our grandchildren's toys, to ensuring we didn't miss our breakfast on the checkout day, even though we overslept.||||The rooms are very nice and the food from the restaurant is top quality. Even the breakfast is of a very high standard.||||Our family and friends have told us how much they loved their stay in the hotel and we love it here. We will definitely be coming back again soon.

I spent 4 nights at the hotel, unfortunately the price versus quality leaves something to be desired. An old carpet, old furniture, the mattress of poor quality as well and the pillows very flat. Every day someone from the cleaning staff comes into the room just to arrange the duvet without arranging the sheets.|The cars are parked in front of the window this was a big inconvenience because they came and went late at night or early in the morning.

We had a lovely Spa day at the Wrightington Hotel. Spent an hour or so swimming, in the sauna and the jacuzzi, had a lovely relax in the relaxation room followed by a wonderful massage then afternoon tea which was delicious. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. This is our third visit here and we always enjoy it.

Went for the advertised Spa Day for my friends 60th, and was disappointed to be honest. The pool is a lane pool with people doing lengths up and down, there's nowhere to sit outside at all, there's no bar service for Spa Clients, very limited designated Spa areas and we basically felt we were in the way of the fitness club members. Wouldn't use again for a Spa Day. Much preferred Ribby Hall.
