Excellent place. Very much recommend. Rooms are small but reasonably priced. Staff are very friendly. Super convenient for the city centre attractions and night life. Complimentary wine a cheese in the evening was an added bonus. Certainly planning to go back.

This is my second time staying at this hotel and I can’t fault anything, always have been greeted by friendly staff, rooms are cleaned to a high standard! Location is perfect very central. First time I stayed I got a room without a window, this time I opted to go with a room with a window and it felt much better. Price is always very affordable!

Great place to stay while in Bath. Dropped off my luggage to roam around the city (Finds this a bit sketchy at first, because I was asked to put my luggage at the reception floor where others were also placed). They accommodated my request for the room requirement which I made through email - Very quick response.

I was attended to by Sarah when I check in. She made us felt welcome and recommended us places to try out some local food. She even recognised my mum when my mum went back alone for the cheese and wine. A big thank you Sarah! Little details like this, friendly and attentive staff makes a stay much pleasant.

Plus side - This hotel also comes with perks of being a member - Free cheese and wine (3pm to 8pm, if I am not mistaken). All day tea, coffee and chocolate drink.

Would have given 5 stars across the board but the bed was way too hard for me. But that comes down to personal taste. The room was spotless, the staff were great. I would highly recommend this hotel if you're visiting Bath and like a hard mattress 😜

My wife is a member and because of this our rooms were upgraded and on Sunday night we had complementary cheese and wine wow amazing. There's also tea and coffee on a refill basis........
100% recommend the Z Hotel in Bath

Hotel is ideally located in the centre of bath with everything on the doorstep. The staff are a real credit to the hotel warm friendly and helpful. The rooms are really compact with the bed pushed into a corner the bed was a bit hard for us but that’s us. That A decent shower but due to the size of the room there is no privacy on the loo. But it does make an excellent base to explore bath. The real negative is the car parking it’s quite a walk from the car park to the hotel and needed to use a phone map to navigate the walk. So as long as you’re just intending to walk around the centre it’s manageable. As popping back to the car is a chore. Also it’s not cheap to park at £22 |To sum up a good budget base to explore the city

Wow, super happy with our Saturday night stay. Morgan, Norge and Bethany on reception were brilliant, thank you for the booking modifications and email of room booking invoices. Very helpful team. Rooms are super clean and good value. Highly recommended. Four stars given as there's always room for improvement! But in this case...not a lot!

I stayed here recently and was very impressed, After booking it a few weeks earlier I was a bit hesitant due to how cheap it was compared to other hotels nearby, But so glad I did. ||The hotel is in a good central location, Staff were very polite & friendly. Reception was clean and really modern just like the room. The room was pretty small and compact but perfect for what we wanted.||Would defiantly recommend to everyone, Best value for money. |Thank you
