Visited Zetter in Marylebone for afternoon tea after hearing it was “a special place”; and we were not disappointed. Warm greeting from friendly staff. It’s only a small hotel, but the atmosphere was great as we arrived….the leather seating around the fire; the quirky mirrors and cocktail cabinet and the bar - we loved it.|Then the afternoon tea …..the finger sandwiches - so tasty, especially the beef and the cheese with apple cider chutney ….the scones - so large and sweet (we ate one each and took the others home, and they were still nice the next day).|Thank You so much. Oh and if you pop down to the washroom, keep your eyes open for the Binocular Repair Shop room …intriguing.

THe Better is an amazing gem of London. The style and interior deco was amazing and like an adventure. Clean room and all the deco was true to english culture and with a twist. Definitely worth a stay. The hotel in itself was an experience. We felt at home and with always good service, super sweet staff and really tasty breakfast. All foods was in a superb quality and the afternoon tea was amazing too. The cosy atmosphere was the best to return to after a busy day in the city. The location was perfect - speakers corner/ park close by, oxford street just next to us and small cafes and a great vary of good restaurants just in the neighbourhood. Walking distance to Soho and underground stations. Easy to get to and to take off from. Absolutely recommendable.

This was so luxurious on every level from decor to service, all the extras, the quietness of the room, gorgeous bathroom, comfortable bed with soft cotton sheets and soft carpet so you can walk around barefoot. Exceptional cleanliness. Very friendly staff - I love the less formal approach which is replaced with sincerity instead. It really has the Wow factor and is so close to all the shops and underground. A 5 min walk and to Hyde Park for the concert I was attending. Hope to return with my mum for an indulgent shopping trip. Highly recommend that this will make your trip to London perfect.

We came for afternoon tea - the food and tea were excellent, the aesthetics and ambiance were also excellent. The service was disappointing. We also had wanted to share and didn’t realize in the reservation that each person must order their own afternoon tea. Make sure to read the fine print!

We stayed at the Zetter Marylebone for four nights. The staff were all friendly. The room was on the main floor and was very quiet and we had a great sleep each night. The room was a standard room. The bathroom was a decent size. The only issues we had were that the room only had a smaller window and that the toilet flush was rather "enthusiastic" most of the time. We mentioned the flush when we were leaving.

We came here for their Afternoon Tea and had a wonderful experience ! Staff were very kind, the food was lovely, especially the finger sandwiches and desserts ? A cozy room with gorgeous decor (I recommend the windowside table in the corner). The room might get a little noisy during peak teatime, but we booked for around 1pm and it was quite pleasant indeed. Thanks and we look forward to a future visit !

toilet was not flushing down, douche was leaking a lot of water in the bathroom. Very old chairs in room. overall feeling of 'needs to have a renovation' + staff seemed 'simple'. Not the value for money you would aspect. Photos on website do not reflect the reality.
