Second time we have used EaT Cuisine - this time for my wife's baby shower. They prepared a fantastic grazing board, variety of wraps and brought along the pizza truck! Our journey with Michael began a year ago, as we delved into the cuisines we wanted for our special day. From the very first conversation, he made us feel at ease, ensuring that every detail was exactly as we envisioned. His flexibility and willingness to accommodate changes right up until the day of the wedding were truly impressive, taking so much stress off our shoulders.

The food was nothing short of spectacular! The Greek souvlaki in a kobez wrap had everyone’s mouths watering, and the dirty fries that followed were an absolute hit with all our guests. The flavours were spot on, and it was clear that a lot of care and expertise went into every dish.

The team from Eat Cuisine worked brilliantly, handling our large number of guests with ease and professionalism. Every member of Michael’s staff was a credit to him – they were not only efficient but also incredibly lovely and engaging with our guests, adding to the warmth and joy of the day.

Just had the pleasure of attending a wedding in Redditch where these guys were doing the catering. Simply put, food and service was outstanding. Canapes were tasty with the meatballs being the highlight. Main course options based on American style bbq included pulled pork with slaw and fries was tender tasty and cooked perfectly. I actually took time to thank them all for their food whilst there, but enjoyed it so much I decided to do a review as they were that good. Thank you again chaps top drawer.

Having recently catered my wedding, for roughly 160 guests, I have nothing but excellent things to say about the Eat Cuisine Catering Company. They were, quite frankly, unbelievable! We went for the American Pit BBQ 'all you can eat' option, with pulled pork, smokehouse chilli and barbeque chicken, halloumi, Mexican salad and generous helpings of fries. And boy, did we indulge!

The food was nothing short of stunning, and the guests just couldn't help but going back time and time again. Despite having their own truck, they chose to set up a beautiful booth inside the venue, so that the guests could go up for second helpings whenever they saw fit. Not only this, but they catered for a range of dietary requirements, from gluten-free to vegan, alongside the delicious meaty options. They were well mannered, and had excellent rapport with the guests, who were charmed by their service and generosity. They even prepared special 'children's boxes' for the youngsters!

Before the guests appeared, they arrived in plenty of time, decorated their booth, and finalised the plans with myself. They didn't sweat the small stuff at all, and went above and beyond to cater for everyone. Since the wedding, every single message of thanks has mentioned the food specifically; it was (and I appreciate I'm a tad bias), the best food I've ever eaten at a wedding. Not only this, but they served the food in beautiful bamboo containers, which they then recycle themselves, meaning no washing up was necessary on our end; perfect!

I'm tempted to have another wedding just so I can hire them again.

Well what can I say - Micheal and his team joined us at our Koi Show at the weekend, their pizzas were by far the best I had tasted, so flavoursome, fresh and moorish.. All three men were pleasant, experienced and a pleasure to have at our show - would we book them again - we already have .. A serious 10/10.. Well done and see you soon ..
