Fantastic spa with lots to do for the day! We had a half day with a private hot tub. There was lots of different rooms to try out. The food was delicious and so was the cocktail. The private hot tub had fantastic views. Towel, bath robe and flip flops provided as well as a key for your own locker. Showers, hair dryers and complimentary products available in the changing rooms. Lots of parking. Lots of pegs by various tubs and saunas to hang your bath robes up by. Definitely less people in the early morning, got quite busy by 1pm.

Enjoyed a lovely day at the spa. The reception girls were fabulous. Booked in for full body massage and Monica M was my therapist she was very polite, professional and accommodating. She knew exactly what she was doing the experience was very relaxing and I would say it is probably one of the best massages I've had. Will definitely be back again. The thermal village and extras are a bonus. Perfect for a girly day or couples x

Took my daughter earlier this week as a special treat. Enjoyed our treatment and wandering around the thermal village. Tasty lunch with amazing mocktails! However, the Spa was far too busy for us to really enjoy the experience. It was a beautiful day and all of the outdoor pools were a bit like being at a hotel abroad in high season - totally rammed! We only stayed a couple of hours. Disappointing.

Was gifted an amazing day at the spa. Started off with a perfect facial by grace she was very professional and accommodating to what I wanted, was a really relaxing experience and gave great advice with aftercare. We then had lunch in the elements cafe and explored the rest of the galgorm facilities. Had a perfect day. Thank you Grace and team. Will definitely be back❤

Went to The Spa as a birthday treat using a gift voucher given as a leaving present. Chose a massage and facial treatment with use of the spa facilities and lunch for £165. It has been redone and extended since I was last here and looks great. The massage and facial treatments were very relaxing. Unfortunately couldn't use any of the jacuzzis due to large groups of influencers and prosecco drinking posers monopolising them which was very off-putting. Settled for a heated lounger by the pool. It was nice enough, the facilities are good but if I'd been paying myself, it wouldn't have been worth the money.

Had to wait for room until 4pm. Furnishings in room old. Over crowded in spa on Monday. Menu was limited in the Restaurant. The conservatory was lovely. The lift beside our room was broken as the button had been pushed through. Staff on the floor pleasant.Buildng works outside our room started at 8.00am ..not very peaceful.. and went on until 4.30 pm

Terrible experience at the Galgorm. We were directed to x3 different check ins, each one as clueless as the last. Advised to add money to our room to use throughout the resort, then when at the spa, we were told they only do ‘table service’ to the QR code(pay as you go)! There were x2 members of staff standing indoors chatting very clearly no interest in serving guests and another who told us to wait until he laid out all the QR code plaques around the spa area. We spoke to three members of staff to say we were unhappy and had a very stressful check in where we were met with ignorance. When finally speaking to the manager Daryl his body language and attitude showed we were clearly an inconvenience to him. There were drilling works throughout the building therefore not the relaxing experience you would expect. We left the premise and decided that we would rather take our custom to their sister company The Rabbit instead, this may be a smaller venue but the Rabbits customer service is outstanding in comparison to the Galgorm. My overall opinion, they have got too comfortable and need to brush up on their customer service.
