Anna was instrumental in helping me achieve my ambition of running the London Marathon for charity with only 4.5 months to train from a virtually standing start .
Anna really helped with my tension spots / sore muscles brilliantly. However she was also a brilliant confidant , listening to my worries and concerns and giving some really welcome advice .

Highly recommended! I've suffered with neck and back pain for such a long time. Taken lots of medication from the doctors however 30 minutes with Anna and the difference was absolutely amazing. I made contact with the Treatment Rooms to see whether I could get regular treatments for my daughter who has cerebral palsy (right side hemiplegia). From the very start Anna was great. She was honest and told me that she didn’t have a client so young (she was 2 at the time!!) Anna was awesome with my daughter, making the treatment a fun experience from the start. The regular treatment definitely made a difference and loosened her tight muscles to help reduce tone. Having the continuity and regular appointments with somebody who our daughter loves makes the world of difference.

From these appointments and conversations I was able to discuss issues that I was having with my body with Anna. The thought of having a sports massage can be a bit daunting especially when you are not overly body confident. From the minute I mentioned things to Anna to then having my appointment I was made to feel at ease. I was listened to and felt very confident with the advice and therapy I then received. Anna is very professional and thorough, without any judgement or intimidation, which is why I chose to go back as a regular client along with the whole family!

The new purpose built treatment room is great and offers the perfect environment for your treatment. I highly recommend the Treatment Rooms.
