Just returned from a 2 night stay at this fabulous hotel.|Took my mum for a special birthday treat.|Everything was perfect! ||All staff throughout our stay were extremely friendly, attentive and welcoming. Any requests we made were granted.||Rooms were clean and comfortable.||The food was excellent (breakfast, lunch and dinner) and staff in the restaurant provided a very professional waiting service. |Big shout out to our main waiter Luke who worked extremely hard and was so friendly and professional.|Josh and Etienne were lovely too!||The spa had such a relaxing atmosphere with good facilities. |The relaxation room we were shown to before our treatments was so serine and calming, the beds were so comfortable. We had booked a facial and back massage, these were the best treatments we ever had!||Our stay was just perfect and we definately will be back!

The hotel organised our wedding last weekend. It was a fantastic experience from the moment we booked until we checked out. |Declan was always on hand to answer any questions leading up to the ceremony , nothing was ever a problem. |Our host for the day, Alex, was just a star. Everything was exactly as we wanted and she was always on hand to deal with anything and everything. |We could not have asked for any more. |The whole weekend was perfect and we cannot thank the staff enough. Would highly recommend!

Had a lovely weekend away, the rooms were gorgeous, well stocked and very clean, coffee machine, tv, extra pillows, robes and slippers. The food was very tasty, fancy place. We indulged in some of the spa treatments, and they were again delightful, along with the pool facilities. The staff were kind and attentive, few little issues 1 with cocktails but they were immediately taken off the bill so absolutely no complaints.

Had such an amazing stay over the Christmas period at the end of last year! Visited with my sister for a spa break weekend and we had the most relaxing time. Tia on reception was so friendly and helpful and made sure we had everything we needed and booked all our restaurant times in advance for us

Huge shout out to Etienne for an amazing and attentive dinner service and to Heather who went above and beyond in courtyard to give us the perfect breakfast!

The spa facilities were excellent and we took advantage of the treatments available, Charlotte was an amazing massage therapist and we had a super relaxing full body massage from her which was a perfect way to end our stay

We booked this hotel 30 minutes before we arrived as our plans had changed. We had such a lovely welcome by the girl on the desk (I think her name was Tiah) and our room was all ready for us. We had an amazing stay and the hotel was spotlessly clean. I’m so glad we found this hotel and we would definitely come back in the future. Thank you!

Regular Spa member visitor to its swimming pool, jacuzzi, steam room, dry room and relaxing lounger areas.
Also visited recently as an occasional hotel guest and we are never disappointed with its overall experience; certainly warrants it's 4 star AA accreditation. Perks of being a member are you get 25% off the whole accommodation package and while still not cheap makes it an occasional luxury treat to look forward to- best (and usually the cheapest day) to book is Sunday into Monday (also avoiding the obvious holiday periods).
Very handy as on top of M1 Motorway artery at junction 46- considering it is adjacent to this very busy trunk road, all the bedrooms are surprisingly quiet, relaxing and the perfect home from home for a snuggly good night's sleep.

We had a stay that included spa and dinner.

The room was well appointed and comfortable.

Public areas are smart.

The spa was way overcrowded. It was an unpleasant experience and I would not recommend it.

Service overall was extremely patchy and inconsistent. There were clearly many inexperienced staff.

The bar was left unattended for long periods.

Dinner service was slow and it was an hour before our main course arrived.

The food was excellent.

The staff started to close up before we were offered coffee or desert. It felt most unwelcoming.

Raised this with the supervisor but he seemed unbothered by the feedback.

We decided not to stay for breakfast.

We wouldn’t stay again.

It’s a shame as we’ve been here before including for weddings but it’s gone down hill and isn’t worth the money.

The Junior Suite room is spacious and wonderful. Love the oversized mugs for Tea and the Yorkshire Parkin. So much storage and plentiful plug sockets. So many standing lights to provide the right room atmosphere.

The restaurant had great service and excellent food. Very happy so far. Spa day tomorrow!
