Fantastic bed and breakfast where we have stayed before a flight from Gatwick a few years ago, they offer a fantastic service including transfers to and from the airport and a packed breakfast for early flights. Can also leave your car there for the duration of your holiday. This time was too late to book a room but owner allowed us to park there whilst we were on holiday.

Perfect for a night before and/or after flying from Gatwick. On a bus route or a £14 taxi ride takes you to and from the terminal. Prices are excellent and you can leave your car there during your holiday also at a fantastic price. Help yourself breakfast provided also in the price (cereal, toast, yoghurt etc). Host is friendly and communication excellent. The only slight downside are the rooms are quite dated and in need of some modernisation but overall brilliant value for money.

Three Acres is the ideal location to stay prior to an early morning Gatwick check-in. |Comfortable beds & clean. 5 minute taxi journey to Gatwick terminals. Owner, Caroline is very helpful. Parking to the rear is safe and very reasonably priced. Have booked again prior to my next flight in a few months time.|Fiona

Very comfortable bed and lovely room with a good selection of hot drinks and nibbles. I do not often sleep well the first night away on a trip , but at Three Acres I had a fantastic sleep. Lovely to sit in the garden out the back and watch the wildlife.

Perfect for overnight stay before early Gatwick flight.
The room was comfortable, and Christine made sure the heating was turned up, so it was lovely and toastie.
Adequate breakfast.
Very reasonable price including the parking.

wonderful room , with good selection of tea coffee and nibbles. I don't often sleep well the first night at a hotel , but I had a fantastic nights sleep here , very comfortable bed

Great place to stay, clean and comfortable bedroom, only a short walk to a local pub.
Very quiet area even though it's only a short taxi ride to the airport.
Good value for money. Highly recommend it.

It was quite a nice little place to stay. It was clean, warm, welcoming and private. Even though it's beside the owners house, it is very quiet and peaceful.

There is plenty of space, comfortable beds, clean rooms and the kitchen was well-stocked with whatever you need to eat-in.

The host was very friendly, and if we ever needed anything she had it there within minutes!

The price was great and the location is fantastic, especially if you're travelling through Gatwick airport. It's literally no more than 10 minutes away.

There is a full Tesco that you can walk to with everything you need.

Would highly recommend staying.
