For me my stay was perfect. Single (small) room with a GREAT shower and a good bed. The room was clean and the lady who welcomed me was pleasant and showed me how to work the lock on the front door. My room was at the front of the building and the road was busy at times but I thought it was good that ear plugs were provided (I didn’t need them and I slept well). It’s a basic B&B and you get what you pay for but I was happy and will likely return. I didn’t try the breakfast so can’t comment. No complaints from me.

Been staying here for a while. Rooms are disgusting, mould on walls, chair and carpet. Breakfast not included but juice is gone off anyway. Bread was mouldy. Building security is unsafe, very noisy as it’s on a main road. Charging £69 a night for a double room. The staff/manager makes up the prices you pay. Staff enter your room when your not there. Limited toilet roll. Overall awful place to stay. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

Run down.
Place was dark and dingy.

Very small room and not very welcoming.

Remote was filthy.
Room although bedding was cleaning the rest was not.
Furniture was miss matched old and battered lamps didn’t work

You had to unplug the tv to boil the kettle.

Very noisy at breakfast time as my room was right next to where ppl had their breakfast. Constant talking banging and microwave going off at 6am.

Nice little place to stay a few days at. Close to public transport and about 45 minutes from London. Only reason for a 4 star is the exterior property was being washed using a mixture of bleach (was not aware that homes are bleached) and had a few drops on my jacket that I purchased the same day and stained. 😭I would definitely stay again, but will wear a rain coat.

It is very easy to find. There is the Tree Bridges Train Station just around the corner. And it is near some local shops. The rooms are lovely, not too big. Not too small. And a lovely bathroom. And you can come and go whenever you like. And the breakfast is good. It's a DIY breakfast. Everything you need is there. The service is wonderful. I would totally go again!

Just back from a 2 night stay in Three Bridges B&B. 1st impressions were very welcoming . Andy and Sheila were a lovely couple . The room was spotless , House was fantastic. Nice quiet area , breakfast 2nd to none. Home from home. Had s lovely walk over the Fourth Road bridge . 11out of 10 for me. Duncan & Jeanette

Very basic, noisy, too much light from the road (if you're in the front). Breakfast more than basic, but there's a great pub acrposs the road that does an excellent cooked breakfast from 7.30am.

I have been staying in this b n b for tje last week or so absolutely amazing
The rooms are tidy and clean and ammaculate with a nice shower facility. Staff are very friendly and professional have not seen any proffessional staff like this for a very long time. Nice location and very quite. Would highly recommend this b n b in area of crawley very nice amd my stay has been very pleasanf five stars. Enjoyed my stay in this wonderful b n b highly reccomended 😊😊😊
