We have just returned from a short trip and have absolutely loved it. We were made to feel very welcome when we arrived and was immediately pleased with our room (family room) as it was exceptionaly clean, spacious and comfortable. It has a large flat screen TV, hairdryer, a really good selection of tea bags & biscuits. There was also coffee if preferred. In this room, there is a lovely seating area by the windows. The bathroom is of a modest size but with a larger than most shower cubicle and the shower was powerful. There were always fresh towels, flannels and toiletries available. There were also added touches like cotton wool balls & cotton buds. We couldn't fault the breakfast as there was plenty of choice, good quality meats and it was cooked to perfection. This B&B is on a main road but don't let that put you off as during the evening it is very quiet and the advantage of this position, is that it is a very convenient starting point for many nearby attractions and places of interest. You can walk to Loch Earn within minutes, where there are a couple of eating/drinking venues. There is also a village shop next door which is very handy. We would definitely come here again as it is a beautiful B&B with amazing owners.

We (3 friends) received a very warm welcome from Irene. We stayed in the room with one double bed and one single bed. We loved our stay at the b&b. The room (and the whole house) was very clean and the beds comfortable. We are walkers and enjoyed a good night sleep. In the morning, we had a fantastic breakfast, it was freshly made by Irene and we could start our hike with a lot of energy. Details like the recommendation of a restaurant for dinner, the cookies in the room, toiletries and lovely conversations made our stay perfect. Thank you Irene!

We were just stunned by how lovely our room was. A sitting area with a tea set, large four-poster bed, plus another single bed we used for our luggage. The bathroom was bright and very clean. The owner met us and was quite nice. She also had us order our full-cooked breakfast the night before, which we prefer so we know what to expect. (It was delicious, by the way.) The B&B isn't far off the Rob Roy Trail, which was nice as we'd arrived on foot from Strathyrn and the next day we needed to return to the trail. It is a bit of a walk to the lake and dining/drinks, but it was a nice evening for a stroll. The owner gave us good descriptions of the two best dining options so we knew which was the best choice for us. We slept well and wish we had more time to stay. Right next to the B&B is a little shop with all sorts of things you might need while traveling, which was very convenient.

The hosts were welcoming and helpful and although the room wasn't huge, it was very comfortable with an en-suite which had a great shower. The breakfast was freshly cooked and there was plenty to choose from if you didn't want a cooked breakfast. For those wanting to explore, the b&b is perfectly located beside the Loch surrounded by hills. Very good value for money.

This was a nice little BnB I stopped at on my travels around Scotland. I only met the lovely lady who ran the place in conjunction with her husband but she was very polite and friendly and offered my friend and I some good recommendations on places to eat in the area. The continental breakfast in the morning was also very filling and delicious. The price is also very good, since I only paid 70 pounds (35 pounds each) for a twin room. The next time I am in the area I can definitely say I'll be staying here if there is a vacancy.

lovely welcome, could not have been more helpful. The room was really good everything you needed was there. Lovely views, over to Loch Earn, lovely village plenty of places to eat or walk.||Breakfast was really good all the things you normally get, all cooked fresh enjoyed it very much and plenty of tea and toast. Other guests made breakfast really interesting, talking about where they come from, we had people from USA and Canada. Lots to talk about where we had been on holiday.||Lovely location hope to come back again in the future shame we were only there one night.

We stayed here for 2 nights as a base for some walking. The B&B was beautiful, rooms clean and comfortable with a huge bed and lovely views of the mountains. Irene made us feel very welcome from the start and did a wonderful breakfast.||We regularly stay in B&Bs for walking breaks and this is definitely one of the best we have stayed in. Highly recommended.
