This was the poorest service I’ve ever experienced. I had an appointment with Emma for a laser treatment but was up sick the night before. Out of consideration, I sent a message around 5am to reschedule—not cancel! Instead of understanding the situation and the risk of spreading germs, she insisted I come in, saying she’d wear a mask, or else she’d have to charge me. She even mentioned needing to pay rent. While I understand business costs, prioritizing payment over customer well-being lost her a client

Georgina did a brilliant job of my hair today . Was blonde grey and thick dark roots . We had a consultation and chose colours to make softer and more natural. I’m so pleased with results ! Thank you Georgina !!
