This was the first groom my boys had at this place, but it’s the best one they’ve ever had. I’ve been to quite a few groomers in the last couple of years and I could tell as soon as I arrived that the team at Tip Top Tails knew exactly what they were talking about. Poms can be quite difficult to groom so I always feel anxious leaving them with a new groomer, but now I won’t be taking them anywhere else.

Couldn’t recommend more and I’ve never seen my boys looking so cute! I’ve added the picture outside to shoe their fur before.

Brilliant dog grooming shop located in Brackley. We have been using different groomers and were looking for somewhere close to use as a permanent place and Tip Top Tails came up on top. They managed to fit us into an appointment pretty quickly which was great considering that there's a long wait for grooming appointments in our area. Pricing is good and the work was excellent!

I can really recommend Tip Top Tails in Brackley. My Cairn terrier, Jock needed a tidy up, so I contacted TTT and made an appointment. Jocks groomer is called Holly and has been in touch from beginning to end. I’m extremely pleased with the result,

Was very happy with the cut but was charged £10 extra as I was late picking up the dogs. Because I didn’t see the text they sent me. That £10 have now lost my custom of three dogs. There was no explanation as why, I just noticed it on my statement.
Tip top tails will now be deleted from my contacts.

Top Top Tails managed to fit in our beloved cocker spaniel following a cancellation and our pooch looked amazing afterwards. We were visiting the area for several days and had left a message regarding an appointment. The prices and service were both great and there is a lovely cafe next door (also part of the old train station) to grab a coffee or cake.

We have been going to Tip Top Tails since we got our one year old cavapoochon Rosie. She loves it there and goes in with her tail wagging! The staff are gentle and kind and she always comes out happy and smelling fantastic. I would definitely recommend the blueberry facial! We wouldn’t trust anywhere else with making Rosie look her best!

Vicky was able to squeeze in my two dogs for a wash&deshedding. Originally she didn’t have two spots available together but she made it work for me on a short notice. When I picked them up they smelled lovely and you could see their coat looked amazing! The only negative is I am use to the dogs getting a little bandana or bow (however this is their first grooming in the UK so it may not be normal for that). I will be back again.
