STAY AWAY! SCAM! My Husband, Children and I booked a room on December 21 -23rd. Biggest mistake. We traveled 12 plus hrs from Germany. We arrived around 1 am in the morning. When we walked into the room it was the most disgusting place I’ve ever seen. The bathroom was completely disgusting ?. It appeared it had not been cleaned in a very long while. The floor was full dirt and had clearly not vacuumed, the walls were dirty. We were repulsed by the condition of the room. We IMMEDIATELY walked out and spoke to the gentleman at the front desk and asked for a refund. He stated he could not give a refund until we spoke to management. We have been given the run around for a week and management refuses to speak to is via telephone and refuses to give us a refund. We were so disgusted. TOTAL SCAM. The rooms look nothing like the pictures they have posted online. RUN! Management is a total joke. Unprofessional! They have handled the situation very poorly. This is the worst customer service experience we’ve ever had. Please read other reviews regarding the condition of the place which I fell to do when booking this place. I will be posting on other platforms and travel pages for people to stay away from this place.

It was ok, because we only needed a room to sleep. Because most of the time we were out. The first night slept really bad. Next door had the music loud and you could hear everything they said. The room could be more comfortable if in the room there was a mirror. The bathroom was spacious, and had hot water. The bed wasn't to bad, but the pillows very flat. But when I asked for 2 extra pillows at the reception, they were very kind.
Had no problems with the parking, but the road is very, very narrow. The price was very reasonable.

Beware. You may get a parking fine even if you register for parking. My husband has stayed here several times for work in the area. The hotel is run down and not very comfortable but just about served its purpose. They tell you to enter your registration and length of stay on a touchscreen in reception which he did every time he stayed. He has now had a £100 parking fine for the last day of a 4 night stay. It has obviously registered his registration or he would have got a fine for all 4 nights but the parking company won’t even accept his booking receipt as proof. Money making scam.

Stayed here for 1 night with my daughter and daughter in law for Olly Murs gig at O2. Very clean and tidy. Staff v helpful. Plenty of parking. Kettle microwave and television in situ. Thee staff on duty couldntdoo enough. Would most definitely stay again. Photos include the view from our kitchen area.

Had a brilliant stay here at an affordable price. The staff were extremely helpful and couldn't do enough to help, even providing a spare heater for the room. The ro was spacious with a spare room for my son to stay in which he loved as it gave him his own space. The bathroom was modern and had plenty of room with towels provided and the kitchen area was perfect for a short stay, providing microwave, cutlery, plates and bowls.
Overnight was quiet apart from the occasionally train however this did not affect the quality of sleep we all got. If you're a smoker then there's plenty of space to go outside to smoke. The only down side to the stay was the free WiFi provided, it took a while to get the devices connected and would occasionally be slow to load sites etc.
Overall, we all enjoyed our stay and would happily stay again.

The room was actually very good, had everything I needed, only thing that wasn't right at all ,btw i was in room 205, was that the flat tv was fitted to a non adjusting wall bracket so from the bed I had to look at a TV that was fixed facing the corner of the room. Really annoying and made no sense at all.. please install an adjustable wall bracket, they are cheap to buy and would be much appreciated by the customer.

Also, the walls are extra thin I could hear the neighbours talking and not loud,  would be good to add abit more sound proofing for privacy.

The 'hotel' was grubby and stank of smoke. Had we not been on the top floor we would have left. The carpet hasn't even had a casual hoover, crumbs and the back of an earring in the middle of the floor, sticky spots and just plain dirty. The walls in the bathroom were grim. There was one bowl, one spoon in a room for up to 3 people. We asked for a bowl and didn't get one. It is right next to a bar so one of the nights there was thumping music until gone 11. The floor was also super creaky so I pity our downstairs neighbours. |Positives, the kettle and fridge worked, there was decent hot water.
