Great little place to stay when visiting London - had everything you need room was warm, shower was hot and kettle and microwave. Location was perfect lots of cafes nearby and station wasn't too far either. I paid 50 pounds and it was exactly as expected and will be staying again. Thankyou.

Good rooms with great kitchenette facilities. The service is excellent and very responsive. The area is also very nice with a lots of good bars and restaurants around the town. I travel to London for work regularly and like to stay here whenever I am anywhere in south London.

The apartments closer to the station are more basic. The ones at 67 are better quality. The communication is very good and the process of getting access and leaving is really straight forward. I use this accommodation for business use. I cannot expense the cost so it is good value relative to hotels that cost over £100 more.

Hi all, I have stayed at these apartments for the last 2 years on and off, probably 40-60 times, TLK doesn’t say it’s a 5 star accommodation, I agree some of the rooms are pretty worn but they have always been cleaned as highly as possible when I’ve stayed, you always get nice clean towels and the bathroom/toilet and bedding have always been spotless, for the money they charge I find it great value, you couldn’t stay anywhere in Beckenham for the the price and the location, I could have rated them higher but I’m just trying to give my honest opinion based on costs etc, any problems I’ve had were rectified as soon as I got in touch with them and I find the staff extremely helpful and friendly, without being rude to anyone who isn’t happy but you don’t have to stay there and could stay at the local hotel for three or four times the cost of there apartments but you wouldn’t get a fridge/microwave etc.

Stayed at number 67 in one of their ensuite rooms. Great location, everything within yards of each other including the station. |Great customer service and very friendly and helpful when we went to the wrong address! Kept up to date via WhatsApp with all info. |Key lock box was a bit tricky to get into. |Lovely clean bright room. Fully equipped with fridge, microwave and toaster. Couple of tea sachets coffee and milk provided. . Table and chairs and tv. |Clean towels provided. Our door lock in 103 really needs changing, we had to align the door with the lock. There was an art to locking it! Please replace the door lock they are not that expensive. Our room was right at the front on the lively high street, , great for people watching day and night…and for them to watch us!! Just heavy curtains, but could really do with a couple of sheer panels for a bit of privacy. As it got late we had to turn the light on and draw the curtains. |One huge oversight..no mattress protector on the mattress. This is not acceptable with the turnover. Unhygienic. | Great Shower but the thermostat settings need to be adjusted. Boiling hot or lukewarm. Took ages to regulate it. |Would stay again as easy for me to get to, if those things can be sorted it’d be even. Better. Was great value for money at the reduced price on booking. .

Never been let down after using you guys for a year and never been disappointed.

Location is very convenient as it’s in the high street with loads of shops!

The dirtiest place I've ever seen. Really disgusting. I arrived late in the evening, took off my shoes and stepped in something sticky, it looked like some kind of oil. The carpet that was in the apartment was probably never washed, there were a lot of smudges on it. The sink was clogged and the water did not drain. Everything was so dirty that I was afraid to touch anything. Add to that the disgusting bed that you couldn't sleep on.

When I contacted the manager that the room was really dirty, instead of an apology, I got an accusation that I made the room dirty. Really "perfect" customer service. I do not recommend anyone to go here, that is, only the hygiene office, which I believe would close this place for good.
