Pros:
+ Really close to bus station (1 min walk) and train station (5 min walk)
+ Supermarkets available in the area (Coop, M&S)
+ Good range of restaurants to choose from
+ Park across the street for jogging

Cons:
- Paper thin walls: you could hear your neighbors, especially those upstairs (ours liked to rearrange the furniture every night)
- Smelly bathroom
- Room needed a hand of fresh paint - walls were pretty dirty
