A wonderful friendly B&B. Richard & Caroline are the perfect hosts, and ensured we had everything needed for the perfect stay. Even the family dogs gave us a warm welcome. We were greeted with warm scones and home made shortbread biscuits. The room was beautiful and airy, and we had the use of a private sitting room too. ||The grounds are lovely and we saw the chickens and pigs. Breakfast was stunning, with plenty of options to choose from. Really well presented. We came here for a family Wedding, but would love to come and stay again. A highly recommended place to stay.

What a beautiful b&b in the heart of Norfolk countryside. The hosts Richard and Caroline are a lovely couple whom make you very welcome and nothing is to much trouble to make sure you are very comfortable and looked after even lighting the lovely log burner fire in the guest lounge. The room was lovely the food was excellent all home produced. We will definitely be coming back when we visit our friends. Thank you again and we look forward to see you again.

We stayed at Top Barn for 2 nights and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Our hosts Richard and Caroline instantly made us feel at home and welcomed us to their establishment. The room which we had was beautifully decorated and well equipped. The ensuite provided both bath and separate shower. After a very comfortable nights sleep, we enjoyed a vast selection of cooked and non cooked choices for breakfast. |Situated in a beautiful location and in lovely grounds - I can highly recommend a stay at this rather special Bed and Breakfast gem.

Richard and Caroline gave my wife and I (from the Netherlands) a very pleasant and warm weekend in their beautiful B&B. The room was superb, including the luxury bathroom facilities and the view on the quiet meadows from our window. But the most important was the friendly way they welcomed us and the many things they know about the landscape, the cities and villages in the neighborhood - and off course the superb breakfast with home made bacon, eggs, sausages. It was very, very good!

Richard and Caroline are wonderful hosts and made my stay very comfortable.|My room was very modern and furnished to a very high standard, the ensuite was very clean and the walk in shower was perfect after a long day at work.|Breakfast was amazing, along with the fresh fruit and yoghurts, the full English is highly recommended! |Overall, a lovely bed and breakfast ran by a lovely couple and will definitely stay again in the future. |

Very hard to fault - welcoming, comfortable and spacious accommodation, perfect breakfast (cooked and timed to order) huge shower room, spacious lounge, all set in splendid isolation amongst fields which guarantee peace and quiet, yet just 10 minutes from Wymondham.||||Rooms were spotless, attention to detail was amazing, and the recent refurb mixes modern with classic styling perfectly. Memory foam mattresses and proper milk in the room, plus home made cakes and cookies all added to the experience.||||Richard and Caroline could not have been more hospitable and helpful. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Peaceful and very welcoming. Well appointed room with en-suite bathroom and a separate sitting room for guests.||Lovely surroundings, within easy reach of Wymondham and Norwich. ||Richard and Caroline were very generous with their time. We had breakfast and dinner and the food was delicious.

Such a fantastic and welcoming place. We stayed in the bigger bedroom with a fabulous bathroom for two night - bed was so roomy and well equipped with amenities. Richard and Caroline were so friendly and helpful, nothing was too much for them. Ample parking with lovely and peaceful views. Would come and stay here again.
