I've been to see Amelia twice now due to neck pain. It's early days in my treatment, but she has helped iron out some really stubborn knots already and helped with lower back tightness that I didn't even know I needed help with. She uses a number of techniques inc deep tissue massage, hot stone massage and a massage gun (which was new to me, but felt effective). She's very helpful and flexible with dates and times. Would happily recommend.
