I've lived in Bedford since 2001 and the town was always crying out for a health club that was more than just a gym. It took 16 years, but in 2017 a local businessman with vision opened this place and it's great.

My tennis playing friends all tell me that the tennis facilities are great but I love the well-equipped and, more especially, light and spacious gym. You can watch Sky Sports and run at the same time. As monthly membership here is about the cost of a Sky subscription, I forego the latter in favour of the former and watch the football either in the lovely TV lounge or on the running machine.

The food here is inexpensive and good and the bar has both draft lager and beer.

It seems, the Owners have choosen very friendly & highly professional staff, they provide great customer service from start to finish, club has friendly atmosphere and that's why there's a waiting list to join!!

The premises are very clean, Rackets Courts are high quality, especially Squash Courts are best in the country.

Overall this club is worthy of 5 star rating, so i'd highly recommend it.

The owners should look to build a similar club in or around Milton Keynes.

I have tried many different gyms and can't get on with them, I feel so comfortable at this one. I now wouldn't go anywhere else, friendly and attentive staff. Very good workout classes. Highly recommend

Been a member for a couple years now. Excellent facilities, a great social side, always clean, lots of classes and events put on by the staff, has Sky Sports, great food. It may not be "cheap" but the membership is great value.

Fantastic facilities especially if you are a keen racket sport player including Squash, Racketball and Tennis. The gym classes are also frequent and expertly run making the hard work enjoyable! Highly recommended if you want more from your gym and racket sport experience over any other venue in Bedford. Having the spa and cafe on site is an added bonus.

I’ve been a member of Towers for a few years now. The whole building is always immaculate and provides great facilities for a variety of sports. The pool is always very clean and a lovely warm environment, the spa facilities are a great addition to this. Our daughter uses the crèche once a week and always has a lovely time there too.

Just joined, had my welcome chat and day using the place . Wow is what I'll say - finally a clean pool, spacious clean sauna, hydrotherapy is a tad small . Steam room could be more steamy .....

Gym is clean, relatively small, but functional could use a bigger stretch / matted area. Will review in a few months I've settled in xx

Very small weights area. Spa and showers are disgusting and look like they rarely get cleaned. Definitely not worth almost triple the price of the average gym in bedford.
