Tracey has a lot of knowledge and expertise in this field. She understands how to tailor the massages to suit your specific needs. She follows up the massage with tips and exercises for you to follow to enhance your experience with the massage.

I recently had surgery on both upper and lower eyelids and have found Tracey to be just the person I needed to help with post operative swelling and scarring. I have visited twice now since leaving clinic. She really does know her stuff; the fact that she has good solid knowledge of scar healing was an added bonus for me.
The lymphatic drainage massages have been soothing, relaxing and informative. I nodded off both times which says a lot about the relaxed atmosphere.
I definitely feel the puffiness reduced after the sessions and given the severity of the OP that says a lot! I fully intend to continue sessions with Tracey for the foreseeable future.

Really easy to get to!
Tracey was very good and thought of everything. Right away she pick up on what I needed done for my body. As I'm pregnant she gave me lots of information that helped me understand why my body was hurting.
The massage was so good I'm pretty sure I feel asleep. Can't wait to book in for another session m highly recommend and very professional.

Due to a current nerve tumour, I have intermittent pain and lymphatic swelling on the associated arm. I've been seeing Tracey for quite some time now to help me manage the symptoms of my condition and her support has been invaluable. Tracey uses Manual Lymphatic Drainage therapy to reduce the swelling, and the massage techniques help to reduce tension in my muscles, therefore reducing the pressure on my nerve. My symptoms are amplified so to speak due to the nature of my work (computer based), and without Traceys support I would find this quite difficult. I highly recommend Tracey and her services if you are considering them!
