Set in beautiful farm land with a view of the sea nearby, the cottage location was idyllic and the house was perfect for our needs as a family of four with two small children. The addition of outdoor space for the kids to play and a playroom, made it extra special. We would definitely stay here again!

The cottage is set in a lovely location, great to get away from it all yet close enough to explore the coastline, there is a local pub and restaurant just a short walk from the cottage that I have to say serves exceptional food and the service we received was outstanding.
The Rede cottage we stayed in was bigger than expected, it had everything one would need for a self catering holiday, from electricals to crockery, to a small garden enabling to sit out and appreciate the views. Being pet friendly this was a great short break for us and will definitely be looking to go back in the next year.

I had a lovely stay at Traine Farm. I came for a quiet writing break and it was a very peaceful and inspiring place to be. In the morning I would write with the sound of birdsong in the background and views across the green hills and fields, with a sea glimpse from the cottage in the distance. I would then take a lovely country walk down to the Wembury beach - which is also beautiful. I didn't meet Jenny but her communication was very positive and speedy, and I knew she would help if I required her too. But I didn't need anything as everything I wanted was provided. I met Jenny's dad who was very welcoming too and enjoyed chatting to him. I would stay again.

We stayed in Rede Cottage which was clean and well equipped(5 stars along for having cooking oil in the cupboard something we always forget). Beautiful peaceful area, so much so the whole family enjoyed a lovely lazy morning before continuing to explore the local area! Highly recommended, we’ll be back in the future.
