I’m sorry to say it but this place is not great... Arrived on time to have a massage followed by pedicure. The two ladies proceeded to shout at each other at the top of their lungs (and not in english) for 20 minutes trying to figure out what to do - I ended up having to cancel the massage as this went on for so long. It wasn’t just unprofessional but entirely overwhelming and unpleasant. They speak NO English and the place is a complete shambles.
They then (via third party communication over the phone) made me then pay (£30!!) for the pedicure before they had even started - to which I was very hesitant due to the experience already unfolding. I said this was odd considering most services you pay for once they have been completed. Needless to say, my hesitations were fully justified as what was done was not a pedicure and she had finished on 1 foot within approx 6-minutes! I’m not sure what that was but it certainly wasn’t a pedicure by any standards!

It was the same price as a 30-minute back massage for essentially a toenail trim and a foot rub (all of which I could have done myself at home with the same tools!) - I'm pretty fuming. It is complete daylight robbery. A service that it total took 20 minutes but was overall a 48 minute ordeal… never again I tell you and obviously I would have liked a refund (but of course no English!)

Finally, the actual location itself is really below par. The decor / ambiance (of which there is none at all) is pretty shocking.

Absolutely nothing tranquil about this place whatsoever!! It was actually quite an anxiety inducing experience

Just recently, I’ve been increasing my steps to about 18,000+ a Day,
last night quite late. I decided to have a leg massage to relieve some of the pain & excellent It was too, very attentive.
Booked a half an hour slot, nobody rushed me out. I was probably about 40 minutes in total / no pressure on leaving,

Under new management, the salon is situated at the west end of Worthing so is secluded. The owner Lucy runs a tight ship, so if in doubt about the type of massage to have, ask her when you call or arrive.

TRANQUILLITY is under new management so thought I would give it a try. Ignore other reviews, I’ve had Excellent massages there. I have been back a few times now and each time the ladies have been very friendly and professional and the experience is so relaxing. They also offer 4 HAND massage which others don’t offer. This is unbelievable so PLEASE TRY. Looking forward to going back again soon.

I just had a one hour massage in Tranquility Chinese shop.This is very clean shop and comfortable bed A girl so friendly Also the massage she gave to me was very professional I will come again next time many thanks Amber!

Unhappy - I had a nice massage here, but at the end the lady used a oil that gave me a rash that lasted 2 weeks - It was very itchy and painful.

It's shame, because I like the lady

\been going to this massage place for few years, never had an issue, till recently, i was asked how long, i told her 90 minutes please,got undressed she walked in, she massage my back, by pressing her self up to me. all i got was my back, and my arms done. Not the back or the front of my legs, not my chest, not the head, nor my feet. I heard the front door open, and then she came back in and my time is up, when i told her i booked 90 minute she replied that i have another client waiting, when i told her i paid for 90 minutes she told me i have to go now, and i asked for £ 20 back, she refused it,.........Is this how you treat your customers, and make extra money with out the tax man knowing.............i diffidently wont be returning to that place.....
