I started my Transform journey just after Covid, following a stretch of working from home in a corporate role and dealing with long-term lower back pain. My journey began with a consultation with Dr Joe, and I quickly moved onto a three-month plan. Since then, I’ve been seeing Dr Joe every month, it’s now been over four years.

Dr Joe has been a vital part of my wellbeing, supporting me through pregnancy, postnatal recovery, and even adjusting my daughter from her very first weeks to now, at age two.

The whole team is just wonderful - personable, professional, and genuinely amazing people. They’re my go-to for everything related to health, wellbeing, and maintaining a healthy lifestyle.

This was my first experience with chiropractic care, and after each adjustment, I feel better on every level. No more back pain and more often than not my breathing feels different with each adjustment — lighter and easier.

I would highly recommend this team, and often do — even to people who live outside the area. They’re worth it.

I highly recommend Transform Wellness. So much so, that my partner now goes there and my mum is thinking about it too!
I began seeing Dr Joe for chiropractic treatment and took up the 3 month plan which included regular adjustments, sports massage, rehab and also a month's trial at the gym.
3 months later and I have a gym membership, the adjustments have stopped my migraines and I have lost weight and maintained muscle.
I am unbelievably happy with the service they provide, from the obvious expertise they have to the warm and friendly greeting received each time by the reception staff.
The personal trainers are brilliant (Nick, Lewis & Amie) - super motivated and the sessions they organise are fun but give the results you want.
Overall, I would recommend coming to Transform Wellness if you want to be part of an amazing community of people who want to be empowered to make the changes they need to their lifestyles. So happy I found them!!

Dr Amy is a professional, caring, and dedicated chiropractor. I’ve been in pain for years and she put me on a 3 month plan, including sports massages, and this has literally changed my life. I’m no longer in pain, I can move about freely and I feel 💯 more comfortable and confident. I visited Dr Joe as I had a back pain. Olga, one of the lovely members of staff squeezed me in for an appointment and after seeing Dr Joe, I started a programme of chiropractic adjustments, massage and gym. The pain lessened after a week or so. After we some time, I was able to use the gym.

This is a holistic and bespoke approach. Chiro, sports massage, nutrition and gym. A sensible and effective approach with advice along the way.

Nick, Lewis and Amy, the PT trainers, know their stuff. They know everyone and what their health journey is. This means the session is tweaked so you get the most. When I started I couldn’t even lift the 20kg squat bar. Today, I’m squatting 75kg and will be increasing this.

Small groups and you get to know everyone and I have a good laugh. It’s a release for me.

It’s more than a business for the owners Dr Joe and Carmen. They and the team genuinely care for everyone and want people to reach their potential. Following a tragic event, I had to suspend my membership. On the day I returned, Carmen welcomed me back with flowers and a card. I would highly recommend this gym.

Almost at the end of my 3 month plan now. Every experience I've had here has been a pleasure from the staff at the reception to all the staff giving the treatments, they have all been excellent. Dr Amy has been excellent with her work, she has a huge knowledge on everything related to the treatments and is always happy to explain any queries. After suffering with back problems for 25 and not feeling my osteopath was really looking after me properly, I was recommended to see Transform Wellness.

My first point of contact was Olga, who made the process so easy.
Then met Ricardo, who was excellent and informative.
Then met Dr Joel, who has really made a huge difference to how I manage and look after my back and body.

Two days ago I was in chronic pain and could hardly stand up. In 48 hrs Dr Joel and his team have not just got me back on my feet but I am pain free…..remarkable.
