We had a great experience during our stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the bathroom was spotless. The hotel was pleasantly quiet, and there was plenty of parking available, which was very convenient. I also appreciated the 12 pm checkout time, giving us some extra flexibility. The key cards worked perfectly throughout our stay, making access hassle-free. Overall, a smooth and enjoyable visit—would highly recommend!

We have stopped here a few times when visiting family in Bedford, and rarely have any problems. This occasion the hotel was particularly quiet which was great! We had a big room and a bath which is a rare find these days, so we enjoyed a nice soak! The hotel was quiet inside, only grumble was the next morning we were woken by staff outside accepting a delivery, so the truck was noisy as were the metal cages etc. We did manage to get back to sleep but it was a bit annoying!

Stayed here with my family really enjoyed the atmosphere and the stafff were lovely. The guy who checked us in was very helpful and told us about local shops and food places nearby. Rooms were clean and the housekeeping were friendly. Definitely will visit again

Nice clean hotel, relaxing interior and a lovely breakfast.||Extremely friendly and welcoming staff at reception, were able to resolve all issues in a quick and efficient way.||Suitable for people on their own (working or travelling) or with a child and pets. Location: not too far from the centre of Bedford by bus, taxi or walking.||Nearby there's a cozy Tescos supermarket with fresh food, including ready-made salads, nice sweets etc, fresh bread, two shopping centres: one with cinema and St.Paul's square.||There's a small pretty and well-looked after park, called Foster's Brow next to the hotel.||Affordable booking price and very good service at the hotel.||In my case housekeeping ladies were very obtrusive, trying to speak a language, different from one adopted in the UK, pretending they couldn't speak English and speaking inappropriately loud while cleaning, but in your case it wouldn't be the case probably.||Have a nice stay.

Hotel room was in appalling condition the radiator was covered in what I assume was blue tac, the bath looked filthy, there was only one working light which flickered and there was what appeared to be a poo stain on our duvet. The only saving grace was the late night staff member who brought us a change in bedding.

Fab hotel, lovely staff. Massive car park, did have to search for a space though. Highly recommend, just a quick drive out of the centre. No cafe or bar so just bear that in mind but again. It far out of the centre to go and grab a bite to eat in the evening.

Our room was as expected and free parking was a real bonus! The staff member who checked us in so lovely. However, we were disappointed with the way we were treated during check out. We had paid for late check out (14.00) and at 13.57 we had a staff member knocking on our door. We said we would be 1 minute and she said “why?”. We explained we had late check out and were just grabbing our bags. She quite aggressively said she had “already waited for 40 minutes”. I’m unsure why anyones check out time would be 13.20…and it really spoiled our stay to be spoken to so unkindly. Unfortunately we aren’t able to recommend this hotel.
